Yeah that's what I think, I don't see the worry because I bet it will be exactly the same because there are far more people who contribute to the show than just Faust. I'm more interested in why she wanted to leave, was she annoyed that its become a meme and totally missed the targeted audience?

Maybe Lauren Faust felt that she had exerted enough of her influence on the show that she felt that it didn't require her involvement anymore, well the same level of involvement anyway. She has created a formula in MLP:FiM that works so well that the current Executive Producers shouldn't even consider changing it, basically if it isn't broken, don't fix it.
Keep in mind that she hasn't gone completely, I'm sure she has a legitimate reason for making the decision to step down from here post.

About the death thing, I don't think it should show the death, but at least make sure the audiece is aware of it in some way.
Hell, most Disney movies involve someone's parents dying or already being dead, so why shouldn't they be able to get away with doing the same in My Little Pony.
Come to think of it, I think the death scene in The Lion King is one of the reasons it's still in my top 10 favorite movies, it adds depth to the overall story, and give the writers a chance to show all of the characters for who they really are. I think it would actually be a really good idea if they did it in a way that didn't upset too many people.

Ford Mustang GT '2005
Choosing the body color was the hardest. I decided to use pearl color. Main color is white, light blue appears through it.
C-Mark is made from multiple circles and 3 electricity symbols.
Rainbow stripes have the same colors as Dash's mane and tail. They are so thin, because thick stripes looked bad. I added blue stripes to front and rear bumper so bumpers are not naked.
The roof is colored black - I like black roofs.
The car's sides were too blank, so I added "flames".
Then I added a racing number twenty! (get it?
)
The car is tuned. Custom side skirts, rear bumper, rear wing and an air scoop on the bonnet. I kept the original front bumper - custom bumpers lack the stallion emblem.
Oh and, that deformed red "blood" stripe, that comes from left front light and rear right is my personal "signature". All my cars have 'em.

I am seriously considering breaking out Forza 3 so I can make something like that for each character and upload it to my storefront.
I could make millions.
EDIT: I probably won't because I don't play that game much anymore, but if I get really bored one day and have hours to myself, I might do it.
