At first I read that as Luna and Samurai Applejack.
You can imagine my disappointment when there was no Applejack.

While Luna does look a bit odd it's still a good drawing. And far better than the 'art' that comes out of my hands. 👍

Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed with how it came out. I shouldn't draw two things in a row.


If you're wondering what I drew first it was this exact same picture... I drew it first and decided to try and color it with pastel pencils. Didn't work at all, so I had to redraw it.

I actually think that Pinkie might be relatively easy to snap out of it. All of the Element bearers show up at what's left of Sugarcube Corner, and I think Pinkie might go back to normal (or at least some semblance of it) like flipping a switch, like she did in Party of One.

I'm just wondering how things will go if just Dash and Twilight show up there. Even if they do manage to get Fluttershy before they go for Pinkie, it'd still only be the 3 of them.

All 5 showing up would be the best way to do it, but until New Ponyville is safe it's not really an option.

I don't think it'll be as simple as that though:

I'm guessing that they would probably need to fetch Fluttershy first, and convincing her to could be tough as well. Then once 5 of them are together, they can attempt to convince Pinkie Pie to join them. I'm not sure what it would take to change her back to normal (or close to her normal self), but in the world they are in and the trouble that they must overcome, it won't be as easy as it was in Party of One.

Drawfriends #17. I knew it. I saw it on ponibooru and I knew it was going to be a saucy Drawfriends image.

Good art style too, although the fact that it might get featured in Drawfriends didn't occur to me when I found it earlier.

Not sure I get #22 being "Saucy".

Why do you think, that convincing Fluttershy will be harder?

She wants to help her friends stay alive. I think she will agree to help in this situation too. Hm... one problem rises though. How to get her element to work again? But maybe it's still active? It's hard to tell as she is being kind to ponies but not the animals.

As for Pinkie. It wasn't easy to bring her back in Party of one, and judging by how long she is staying in this state in TNTNE, it's not going to be easy. Although it could be the other way around. Showing up all together may scare her (ghosts) so I think they should catch her somewhere outside her death trap. This way it's going to be easier to bring her back.

In terms of alignment with their Element, Fluttershy has always stuck out hard as being the farthest way from what would be necessary to reactivate it. And I say that with the full acknowledgement that this entire thing was Captain Dash's fault, because even with her it was more of a loyalty towards the wrong thing scenario than it was an outright lack of loyalty, much like it was in S2E1.

Assuming the Happy/Sad switch is what needs to be done to snap Pinkie back to relative normalcy, I think she would be the easiest to be able to represent her element. And considering the reason Pinkie is the way she is, I think that all that needs to be done is give her a little hope.
Rarity has already basically gone through the attitude adjustment that is required of her, so she's probably golden even now.
Applejack knows what she needs to do, and probably knows how she needs to do it, but she is so far refusing to do so because... well, because she's Applejack.



Fluttershy, however, not only will still need to overcome the reasoning that she used to justify her (for lack of a better word) corruption of what she is supposed to stand for, but she will also need to overcome the atrocities that she will feel she committed while she was commuting her behavior. And the full weight of what she has been doing is going to hit her hard once she realizes that her reasoning has been nothing more than a bunch of rationalizations she put in place to defend herself, and if someone (probably Dash, because of how Dash reacted when she realized what Fluttershy was doing) doesn't comfort her when that happens she is going to BSoD something awful in response.
