We have a holistic bookstore, Isis Bookstore, here in Denver. It's been in business for over a decade. Recently, people have been vandalizing their sign to the point that they had to change their branding on said sign. They won't change their name, however. I support the name, and am actually sad that they had to add all the additional "info" to avoid confusion. It's pathetic how stupid people can be. Because some 🤬 waged a war of terror, people here decided to terrorize a store that promotes peace and love.

Isaiah 17 is a good start. Syria has never been under threats of war or destruction. Why now in our time? Isis is the only reason.

A couple of other verses that could refer to Isis below, with regards to what has been happening since their rise in 2014:
