Mostly cloudy and cold, temp is -1F.
Here is the info I was talking about for Lake Michigan. Its crazy to see in person. 93% covered in ice. Hasn't happened since 1973. As I have said many times, this is by far the worst winter I have ever seen. Reminds me of a scene from The Day After Tomorrow.
Also as I have said for MANY years the lakes have been slowly drying up year after year in the 20 years I have lived here. This precipitation will bring the water level up in many areas.

Never knew that. Is that the reason Oberon (From Bells) is only seasonal? One of my favorite beers besides Guinness. This is the type of winter that makes Michigan a great state for wineries (Tabor Hill, Lemon Creek are local for me) and craft breweries that grow their own ingredients. Bell's, Founders, and New Holland Brewery are all from here. In fact, fall of 2012, Bell's did not make their Cherry Stout because the Michigan Cherry crop was quite poor. Bell's wanted to maintain tradition and not use ingredients outside of Michigan. 2013, Cherry Stout was brewed once again!
Pretty close today... at 11°C. No clouds whatsoever.12°C and sun today... again.
Super warm, low 90's and no wind. Just a very hot Spring day in SoCal. Tomorrow will be more of the same.
No thanks. I like wearing shorts!Want trade? Mine is cold and rain in Northeast Georgia...![]()
I was hoping Minneapolis would be warmer than Fargo. After walking from IKEA to the Mall of America, I can confirm that it isn't.
It's nice and warm sitting in the Waterpark. You really think it would??![]()
