Things you DON´T WANT to see in GT6.

Dont want to race a long time and earning very little for the race when the cars are costing three or four times much more than what you earned.

How has no one mentioned...

No 20 mill cr cap!!!

That... has to be one of the best ideas posted in any thread anywhere... EVER. If car values need to be increased because there is no money cap, so be it. I just hate winning a 3.5million credit race and only receiving 1.5million because of the 20million cap.

-Leveling up System: PD this is one of the few times to NOT do something Forza has done. Make the license tests MANDATORY like they were in all the other GT games excluding GT5.

-Forced B-Spec: Make it optional, almost like GT4. They only thing to change is to make B-Spec available during the Extreme and Endurance Series.

-Duplicates: I don't need 20+ identical cars. For example, all of the skylines. I don't need a GTR R34 M-Spec and M-spec Nur. Does that make sense to have the same car twice or more. Do NOT car pad with duplicates in GT6.

-Lack of Customization and RM cars: No need for RM cars. We should be able to make RM cars through customization.

-Racing Suits and Helmets: Don't need it.

-Paint Chip System: Do a color system similar to Forza

-Museum Cards: I thought this was a joke when I first played GT5

-Standards: Another joke PD

I really wished PD could just listen to us for the things needed in GT6. They seem to do the opposite sometimes.

If you prefer to drive on tires that are analogous to what most high performance production cars come with, you'd have to equip the vehicle with Comfort Soft tires and no more.

Perhaps, at most, the Sport Hard tires might be representative of the more intensely track-focused DOT approved tires (Pilot Sport Cups, Proxes R888, P Zero Corsa, R6, R1, Advan A048, etc.), however, anything beyond that and you're quickly in territory approaching slick tires with highly exaggerated grip from what normal production, non-race performance cars would typically be equipped with.

You can use Yocohama semi slicks just about legally(the police will be iffy about them if they pull you over) on the roads in this country, my freind had them on his Tommi Makinen evo and they produce ridiculous amounts of grip, approaching race slicks, they do however come with a disclaimer, something to do with driving in wet conditions.

I find the comfort tires in GT don't have anywhere near enough grip to analogue road tires in real life, my Nissan runs on standard road tyres and it handles more like it really does in terms of grip levels on sports medium/sports soft in game.

Things I don't want to see:

Levelling system
Poorly implemented licensed racing series
Standard cars
Split B Spec
Pointless features that detract from the core game

I don't want

NISSAN, or at least stop promoting Nissan cars through GT, I don't want every single GTR, Micra's and Leaf's

GT academy, honestly, just **** off, another publicity stunt that is becoming a joke, GT does nothing to these future racers, so stop selling GT as race driver trainer, it takes time and only benefits 1% of the fanbase.

You've had people from around the world crying for GT Academy to be included in their region. Evidently, you're one of the tiny handful who thinks it's a joke.

Anyhow, I forgot motorbikes, the credit cap and the Museum Cards. Just give us a museum.

No paint chips!
Whoever thought that was a good idea should be given a wet willy.

I agree with most of people here: separated B-Spec, standard cars, leveling system, limited UCD, multiple variation of the same model car, credit limit, and paint chip should go away. I also do not want to see a long and lousy-programed pit stop during a race and I do not want to do regular car maintenance like car wash, oil change, chassis/engine rebuild.

A regular pit stop in F1 and Nascar does not take longer than 10 and 15 seconds respectively; why does pit stop in GT5 tale so long? Not to mention the magic transfer of gas to FGT without contacting the gas tank. PD must improve on that.

Auto Shop is really garbage as far as I concerned. By that I mean car wash, oil change, chassis/engine rebuild; the rest of the features like aero parts/wheel installation, and paint job should be part of the Tuneup Shop. Car maintenance is not a racer's job; it is the crew's. If PD really wants to keep them, please allow us to do that with multiple cars at once without the graphic. It takes a long time to buy a new car and go to auto shop to do the oil change more than ten times.

The current used car dealer: Split it so that they're in their own manufacture's lot. (see GT2)

GT Auto: I dislike the idea in general, but if we have to have it, we should go to the correct dealer for this. Goodyear, Jiffy Lube, etc. shouldn't change the oil on a McLaren F1.

Skid Recovery Force: No. Just no.

Rally: If this isn't revamped in GT6, then it's in the way and a waste of time.

Engine 1, 2, and 3: Let us pick the parts individually, and restrict this for race cars. GT2, again, had this right.

The current tire wear model: The tires are imbalanced across the board, and it's harsh on some cars.

*Trade limits, both price and how often
*Unsellable Cars, man i got annoyed in gt4 and gt5 when it says
you cannot sell this vehicle, do you wish to remove it from your garage
*Standard Cars, as you would expect
*Levelling system restricting Car purchasing and entering Events

toooo many colours, what happened to Black or Red, now its Nero and Rossa Corsa
i also want to be able to paint my car whatever colour i want for a small price, not having to find paint chips, i agree with Dooglers8, the person who thought of paint chips should be given a wet willy

Don't want:
Standard cars
Standard tracks
Oil changes
Car washes
Events without PP restrictions
Bugatti Veyron

Oil changes are integral to the quirks that make gt unique! Although I agree with the standards and car washes, aleast make cars dirty!

yea, whats the point of being able to wash your car if it doesnt even get dirty in the first place

Offline/Online free run & Online racing physics disparity.

A slight difference is understandable, like how GT5 was at release. The difference is much more noticeable now.

Why are there more Skylines in GT5 then the entire Ferrari roster? 11 Ferraris but 40 Skylines?

40 Skylines? To be honest most of them are Standard cars from GT4 so not recently added like the Premium Ferrari line up, and whilst I agree there's a lot (indeed too many in my opinion) of 'duplicates' or only slight variations of the same model, it also includes quite a few completely different cars (the classics mostly) only sharing the name Skyline.
Only 5 Premium Skylines were added (3 more if you include the TC models available as DLC), 2 of which are models called Skyline but don't share much in common with the other 3 (the 370GT and 350GT Sedan) as the R35 GT-R took over that role.

My point is that the 40 number is misleading even though factually correct.
You don't get 40 largely similar cars, 20 at most perhaps, the Skyline family has more variety in itself than what's often suggested here.
That they share the same name doesn't tell the entire story, so they basically added only 3 (or 6 including TC-models) 'regular' Skylines (as in modern 4wd techno-übercoupes) to GT5 and 11 Ferrari-models.

Now the R35 GT-R is another story, the constant exposure and emphasis on that car cheapens its appeal for me, there are quite frankly far too many versions of it, which is a shame because I really appreciate that car.
