This TT really test your trail braking ability. Let go a bit too late, you lose momentum, which you will never get back due to the lack of power. Let go too early or too much, the car will under(over) steer losing even more momentum 🤣
It is all about the entry, and getting the car to rotate using the brakes. To me, this TT is amazing. Because the car is slow, I have plenty of time to think, adjust, and practice all the things I need to do when diving into a corner.

Wow, a lot of amazing posts, I just got back home a couple hours ago, we had to get stocked up at the store because we're expecting 2-3 inches of snow, and half an inch of ice. It is only going to be a high of 39 today so...guess I can enjoy this break and brush up on my lap times.

Now, talking about the current TTs I'm within the silver for the Trial Mountain/Supra one. I tried it after the newer one (Nurburgring/RX8) came up, so the margins there were unlikely to change much. I found most of my time going as flat as possible in S1 besides the obvious needed speed when entering the tunnel.
I have 50kms in the RX8 trial, still bronze though. For me road cars are more likely to take longer to find its pace. I also dislike Nurburgring GP big time. That doesn't help. I intend to head straight to CE after this TT.
Edit 1: gold drivers feel free to correct or add any input.
Edit 2: I think the Silverado grid will benefit a lot having ghosts to follow in the game that are closer to their pace. Also there's the interaction factor.

One of the beautiful things about these TTs is that the skills needed to master them do not really degrade with age. Like, I could never compete in an online shooter because my reflexes just aren't comparable to a teenager (I'm in my forties). But reflexes aren't as important here as much as patience and accuracy.
