Autopolis is an Ok track in my opinion, and it suits Gr. 4 cars.

I like when we can rent and drive a variety of cars in TT, it gives us a chance to test drive cars we still haven't bought yet.

I truly concur! 100%. Altough I would place it as the worst TT of all TT’s we’ve had so far, with the Radical at Gardens coming in second. You know this already, of course, but it’s an opinion that needs to be aired. This FF garbage was the most painful and annoying thing I’ve driven in this game.

Anyway, after figuring out that the offset was screwing with my unability to turn, I put that back to normal and got some steering ability back (keyword, some) and luckily got a 1’27.442 after sitting on a .682 for a while. Had already planned on not playing at all since it was so awful but gave it a few more spins and somehow managed that.

fyi, offset has nothing to do with BoP. Congrats on rank 50 though. I wish I could remedy you being bummed out by the TTs – you certainly have the skill to place even higher on the global board.

So i tried a few different gr4 , and will test them all as for once i really know the track.

Did another go with Ferrari 458 , around 15 lap without tcs and managed to take my time down to 1.55.554.

So hoppefully that will be enough for silver , well happy with that on controler but i know i can at least go down under 1.55 as i screw last lap with 0.627 before last 2 turn.

The Silvia is a ton of fun and Autopolis seems to be a place where it'll shine. High speed sweepers are where that car does its best work for me. It has to be better than that stupid vacuum in Italy.

Last week was very busy for me, so in the few minutes I could spare I did some more CEs to earn enough credits to buy the 330 P4 (for the "Three legendary cars" trophy), only to find out it's already sold out again :/

Only had a quick stint with the Genesis last Thursday, unsurprisingly hated it just as much as the Lambo VGT, and achieved a silver that has since dropped into bronze. I have a 10x gold streak at the moment, and a part of me of course wants to keep this going, but at the same time it would probably require a lot of time, and I truly get zero enjoyment out of these fantasy cars. In the end it's a game, and games should be fun right? Add to this the fact that the new TT sounds much more like my cup of tea ... yeah I think I'll move on.

See you at Autopolis then. Btw since my last post here from a week ago this thread has advanced by 13 pages. You guys are insane

I couldn't get the car turning properly either with wide wheels/offset. This was also the case with the RCR Civic time trial a while ago, although much worse. In VR, it's very obvious because the steering wheel gets visibly stuck. With stock-sized wheels/offset this doesn't happen.

Done my first 10 laps at AP with my trusty Silvia Takata.

Even loaded @Tidgney's ghost, if that's not optimism 🤣

Lap 3 was my best, after that I was close but not better.

In silver right now, gold will not be an easy task.

I couldn't replicate this behaviour and as soon as I turned BoP on, the turn in seemed the same as stock regardless of wheel size, width and offset. Both your observations make sense and I don't want to argue with aliens sry @NAXEHT for being a smarta$$, but I guess that's on me.

Those video titles are quite misleading... 2 million in one lap... yes if you are able to gold in one lap 😅

For me, depending on the TT it is more like 50-100 laps for 1M, which is much less appealing.

I did exactly two laps this morning after the VGT.....
Had some trouble with grip and didn't feel the combo...., maby it were the Inters i was on....
I'll Nokia lap some this evening maby , good start!

It looks like there are a lot of different cars aside from the Supra. I see a bunch of 650s and a handful of 458s and a few Caymans, NSXs, Citroen GTs, F-types here and there.
