The results for TT69 are over here.

I've also updated the opening post with the index of TTs and the second post with the community leader boards.

Interim Results for TT70 at Sardegna - Road Track - C Reverse in the Ferrari Dino 246 GT '71.

Nice chart and well done on how you organized all the data. What about Le Mans?

now I have some time to come back to Sardegna.
I also think I'm going to return to the Dino once I win gold on this TT, because I think my friend you got a little too close to me !!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

🤣🤣🤣
let's keep our distance my dear friend !!!!! 😊😊🤣🤣🤣

... and set a time in the Dino with your other 2 accouts? 🤪
a comment on my post on facebook yesterday, and same profile pic, made me realize I do not have you on my friends list here, yeah I do not see you on my friends leaderboard, I have sent you friend invite in PS app now

yeah, nothing to do directly with TTs, admins, I apologize, except to compare our times :)

As usual, the choice of the livery is essential before starting laping. So pelase, don't select a mainstream one!!
Because I suspect many abductions on this TT, I've decided for the Enterprise livery in tribute to the most space badass woman: Kara "Starbuck" Thrace!
My inner nerd is having a meltdown over this unauthorised crossover.

Accepted!

Now another person hovering above me on my board....and this one uses the impossible motion sensing input :scared:

hmmm , really ?, I think you are faster, more less on all TTs, and I am sure on Dino too, I need to check leaderboard when I get home
Just leave the Dino for what is is please, just concentrate on Daytona

I tried the cheatmode for a few laps this morning.....

Didn't realy work out...

CS.....It's def easier on the uphill section..... way worse on the right hander after that, and kind of normal /same on the last turn i quess...Ran some low .5xx

But turned it of quickly after that because i hate that sort of tankslapping action you get from it...
Besides it doesn't belong on this roof-scraping beauty right?

Is this new TT some kind of joke?

No gear changes, no braking, no right hand corners, no easing off the throttle. Gold on 1st lap. Honestly what is the point?
Well, do you have the world record? It's a basic one but it still takes skill to be the quickest - isn't that the point of all the TTs? :)

I honestly can't fathom how the leader is a whole 10th faster than me!

I'm not going to get the world record because I am not the best player in the world. Getting within 3% is a great challenge almost every single time and takes most mortals quite a few tries to get a lap that they are happy with. This one is utterly absurd.

Not very easy for me to admit but the pizza-ananas-eater is not totally wrong this time... this is exactly about this: learning skills to be quickest. And it's not that simple.

It's easy to get within 3% this time, yes. But you could try to get within 1%? I mean, I don't disagree that it's absurd, I wouldn't call it pointless though.

And what skills does this TT helps you learn ? except being extremely smooth with your left thumb in only one direction for ever ? not sure how useful it can be on any "normal" track.

Oval tracks are "interesting" when there are other cars on it and you have to be strategic with slipstream among other things. But on a TT...

I think the fact that you're on controller also plays a role here. It seems that CSA is much more of a cheat mode for wheel users than controller users. Which makes sense if you think about what you have to do physically to countersteer on a wheel vs a controller.

For me, the fun of a time trial is learning how to be faster with whatever combo I am given. It's fascinating to watch what the top drivers do and then work on trying to replicate it. Some combos make for a more interesting challenge than others but it's all personal preference, the core principle remains the same.
