New Things and Changes
(1) INBD Xfinity Series
-- (a) We will be running 3 Double Points Races, with those Races being Race #1, Race #10, and Race #15.
-- (b) New Aero Packages will be put in place, with there being a High Drag Package, and Low Drag Package, and a Standard Package.
-- (c) Points System will be revised to put even MORE emphasis on Winning and/or Finishing good.
-- (d) 3 Drop Races will be allowed, as I realize this is a long schedule, and things happen. (Must have a valid reason for DNS or DNF if you wish for that Race to count as a Drop Race)
(2) DTM Series
-- (a) Last 2 Races at Nurburgring GP/D and 24h will be Double Points.
-- (b) Regs will be changed for the Final 2 Races, and No Ballast will be on the cars.
-- (c) Number of Cars needed for a SC will be decreased to 2 for GP/D, and increased to 5 for 24h
-- (d) Safety Car Periods will not count towards the time of the race for the 24h Circuit, we will back out and set the Race Time as close as we can to what it was before the Safety Car Period.
(3) Other Series
-- (a) If any interest is shown, I may start a Classic NASCAR Series, which may or may not be a conjoined effort between INBD and another League.
-- (b) If you have any League ideas, PM me!
-- (c) Lastly, I will no longer be joining any Leagues on GT6 other than my own, as I am generally bored of it.
-- (d) I will gladly Steward Races for anyone who asks.

Regarding the Restart Rule
I will be conducting tests from now until the INBD 300 on which tracks are suited for the new restart rule and which ones aren't. As of now, this is what it looks like (#1 implies original restart procedure, #2 implies new restart procedure)

Remember, the first Points Race of the INBD Xfinity Series is this Friday. Room will open at 5:00pm EST, with Qualifying at 6:30pm EST, and Race Starting at 6:50pm EST. We seem to be having some low attendance, so spread the word! Any drivers are welcome (As long as they aren't on the banned list obviously) so if you know of some friends who might race don't be afraid to ask them!

And on that note, a lot of my schedule got moved around and a lot of things have come up in the last week. I wont be able to make the first few races of either season. I wont make Daytona, I may be able to make the 2nd and 3rd of both series, then I will miss the next three races. So a possibility that I could miss 6 weeks. Which saddens me, hopefully all this can be cleared up in due time before I miss too many.
