Tire warmth/wear indication

Oh crap. I'm as colour blind as colour blind gets.

I had to pause the game a couple of times to have a different colour background to actually see the rectangle, never mind a colour change.

It doesn't work very well anyway. I do not notice any color change unless I am in a spin or drift and by that point it does not matter what it shows. You already know your in trouble when your spinning 360's down the track.

I've only got what people are saying here to go by but even if it did change colour, which it doesn't, I still wouldn't know about it.

I still can't believe how thin the rectangle is though. I had to move within a couple of feet of the TV and still struggled to see it. Makes me wonder why they bothered with it at all.

Can we get some confirmation on this? Never noticed or seen this in the wear races. I've felt no sense of tire temperature in the game.

It's there even in non wear races. If you light up the rears or push the front they briefly go red and there is a distinct loss of grip, even when ring is not visibly red.
