Ha! Knew it. Found another half second through learning to drive that car. Judging from the test times, I should be all set to compete now.
Now, for the pre-qualifying. How is that going to go down exactly? At 7.00 everyone for pre-qualifying enters the room, then pre-quali (1 lap "super-pole" + 7 lap race?). And then everyone but the qualified ones leaves and the others come in...? Or 2 rooms...?

It's how long it takes for a packet of information to be sent to a server and for that server to send an acknowledgement back again. Yours takes 15 milliseconds. Anything above 80 or so isn't too good for gaming.
That's also why different servers get better PING (closer to you or have better lines to the server) and also why the machine doing the test matters a lot. 👍

So my judgement of a few teams. (Actually just RPM.)
Revolting peasant men have the following line up this season.
TOCA baby. Spurgy likes making car noises thinking it may make him faster.
TOCA Ashigaru. Unworthy of a decent title. So he named himself after a flag, did not even spell it right.
Oh and adding to Carb's post on your profile. Where is our interview???
