I got to say that I consider myself fortunate for founding this series after some boredom with spot races and some other FRL series from this one...

So thank you Furi for organizing this and other series and unless something happens, count me in next year on GT6...


PS: Finally after finishing runner-up a few times on GTP series (ALMS IV, GT; GTPFIA WTCC; TOCA7), it feels good to finally get a title...

Wow did I really finish 4th in the Indy standings even after missing 9 of the 24 races, was probably due to the lack of Indy entries during the season.

After my TOCA experience starting with the failure of season 4.1 and not knowing much about online racing, to now being one of the senior drivers and being a member of the 100 TOCA race club it's been a fantastic way to spend the majority of my Saturday evenings during the best part of the last 2 years for me especially with winning the independents championship and amassing 1 victory and 11 podiums during the way.

Once GT6 and season 10, Furi and all of the other drivers will show once again why this is of if not the best touring car series on this forum.

After reading this I tried to find my overall stats in TOCA:

I raced with a BMW in the last 2 rounds (7 races) of TOCA6 with so-so results, as I was still getting to know the drivers and type of racing done here;
Then on TOCA7 I raced a Mazda that really came alive after Autumn Ring (which was by far my worst experience in this series with awful driving standards), and I got a win and a total 10 podiums in the last 14 races as well as a pole, all of which allowed me to win the Indy title;
On T8CA I followed that advice where if a series host picks a certain car, than it must be good, which backfired terribly as I never got to understand the VW Golf at all. My best result was a podium finish (3rd) in R1 at Drag-fest (AKA High Speed Ring);
Finally in TOCA9 all came together and with a consistent campaign I was able to win the big prize after 1 win, 13 podiums and 2 poles. Also, along with SnowCrash, we had a very successful parternship that with a total of 6 wins and 25 podiums ended up with the Teams title and ended RPM's reign...


PS: Also found out that I won both my titles against Snow by a 10-point margin, after entering the last round with a 25-point advantage... also both times we were racing Mazdas

Depending on how life is by next year I should be a TOCA regular next season. If I'm not a regular I'll be present at some point; I'd cancel anything for the Brands Hatch round.
