Whats up, everyone...I never knew there was a thread about this on GTP... :dopey:

I've been doing "vectoring" for a while now, except I don't really do real vectoring...I don't know what to call my method, but I like it because it's very simple, quick, and easy to modify... :)

Here's a couple pics that I use for signatures on two different forums. I'm not at home right now, so this is all I've got, but if you guys are interested in seeing more, I have more. :)

well, ive been working on my latest vector over the past few days, and here it is, its bascially done, it could use some minor touchups here and there but i think it came out good.

looks good, the headlights look funky though.. too.. pixelated to belong with the smoothness of the body..
 
Nice colouring md, but yeah the lights aren't too great (smart blur?).

Got another update on the Corsa, got lots more to do though:

Wow, that is amazing, the detail is perfect!


Anyways, I completed my latest toon, i think its my best yet, i spent alot of time on the rims and i think they came out alright.

I have no idea how to photoshop, or make cars aswell as you guys. I'm forced to use my paint skills. However, I have been modding paint items for years now.
 
Hey dude, can you make me a '00 Civic maybe Stock or something to look like this? Possibly make a toon out of it like you do...

Maybe just make the car silver please?

It's kinda hard do to such a dark colour. And you should try doing it yourself! :D Donbenni even has two tut's on how to toon. 👍

ehh.. i dont like the design of the car.. but that looks a lot like the drawing that was published before the actual GTR was unveiled..
 
@ Suz: Love the Civic! The highlight that runs down the side of the car is really sweet. It'd be nicer if you'd used a circlular path tool to create the tyres (esp. the front one) as they look a little wonky :/ You not gonna work on it anymore?

@ Stumpy: Looks really cool in the mini pic, but in the larger version it all looks a bit wrong. The lines look like they've been placed over the picture right at the last minute. They stand out like a sore thumb. Would look nicer imo if they were lighter in the lighter areas like the roof and the far side of the bonnet etc. They shading is alright but a bit mega contrasted! The light sections are bright white and the dark sections are black. Looks a bit much like a panda :P

Not done much yet, but here's my latest. Prizes for guessing which lovely lady this is :) :
