1. Red Bull X cars (except the 5G) - obvious

2. Nissan 180SX/Sileighty - No rear valances. Ruined forever.

3. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR Tommi Makinen - Cant remove the stripes.

I think the X2010 & X2011 are a refreshing twist on the realism I'm GT5. The Bugatti Veyron is an epic car to drive on Special Stage Route X. And my Mazda Miata Enos is quite a worthy vehicle. The Tank Car is useless, but quite entertaining to drive.

1. Suzuki Escudo:
All that horsepower, but you'll never get the car to go faster than 198 mph.

2. Chaparral 2J:
I want this car, but I CAN'T FIND IT! :banghead:

3. Sauber C9 Mercedes:
I couldn't even find this car on GT4. Let alone GT5.

I'm kinda shocked to see the Shelby Cobra listed too actually. That car is absolutely amazing to drive.

Yea, I love the cobra, no tunes or anything. It just feels so cool giving it a little oversteer coming out of a corner. Feels like old school racing.

3: The premium 2007 Ford Mustang. Everything about this car is just bad. Bad handling for a muscle car, it comes stock with a 5-speed instead of a 6-speed and Comfort Soft tires as opposed to Sports Hard tires like its opponents, the Camaro and Challenger. This car is slow, doesn't feel powerful at all, even after tuning, and it sounds bad. It doesn't have a racecar version like the Camaro RM and Challenger TC. Finally, it is overpriced compared to its rivals. $50,000 for this lame excuse of a Mustang? No. Way.
.

This one really pisses me off BAD. The MSRP on a '07 Mustang GT was $26,875 so why the huge jump in price? Japanese market price maybe?? Not sure why no race car version was made since in real life the FR500 race car models were out in numbers by '07. This is the car that makes we wonder if PD even researched American cars at all, or even cared to. Anyone who looks into late model motorsports in the US could have found out about the MSRP and race cars models easily in Ford racing's catalog that Ford puts out every year that and why is there no GT500 since '07 was the 1st year of that new model?? But hey lets put every minute detail of almost every GTR model just because.

Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo-R. It looks like a brick. It drives like a brick. In all honesty, I'd rather have a brick. The time I wasted trying to tune that damned thing...

BB. This was actually one of the first cars I tuned out to the max (in my first week of noobing GT5). I tried EVERYTHING I could think of. Then found the GT Planet forums and was like.... Ohhhhhh. It's not just me. And ohhhhhhh, there is pretty much no saving it LOL. It's a shame. Love the look. I like squares! Older BMW's , etc. if a tuned F-150 Lightning and Chevys SS truck can go fast AND turn, then so should this little grocery getter. But from what I have tried and read it will always "feel like a monster little car, pulling the family boat on a trailer, at 135 MPH. And that's exactly what it feels like when you try to turn and keep going and going and going .......

This.

Also, I tried tuning mine to drift... yeah. It's absolutely terrible. I asked a RedSuns Mafia member yesterday about his Mustang drift car. He said even after tuning it completely, it still feels bad. I agree 100%. The chassis is just AWFUL. It feels unimaginably stiff, making it extremely hard to drift.

I had high expectations for this car, and I was let down. It's a huge embarrassment for Ford fans like me. I just hope the GT500 in GT6 is much better.

Yup, you nailed it...Another useless car for me is the Toyota Carina with 4WS. You'd think it would be a superior handler, however such is not the case. Plus it's ugly too...

Gillet Vertigo Race Car '04 - Overpowered, underweight, and expensive as all heck. What do you get for the money? A 900+HP 800Kg FR monster that will NOT stop spinning it's wheels and can't turn if it's life depended on it. Even resorting to Racing Softs didn't help (I run my race cars on Racing Hards or Mediums, but never Softs). A car that can't be saved even with the power of Racing Softs is a useless heap of junk in my book. If anyone's been able to make this car actually decent, more power to ya.

Thats why Wheel Users have a better advantage :dopey:

3. (Stock) Dodge Challenger '70 - has over 400 hp and makes a roaring noise, but has a top speed of 112 mph. I hate when i get those in a shuffle race on any track, handling won't help it.

2. Lotus Esprit 350 Sport - just slides around a lot. I can't take it. Might as well sell it for all i care.

1. RedBull X1s - i just hate it because of the noobs who think they can drive it, but end up ruining everthing in one lobby.

1. Red Bull X Cars - Uncontrollable, everybody that uses them online are kids that just crash the stupid things.
2. GTR - 4WD, Too many editions of them and I think there overrated.
3. Nissan Leaf - Why put an electric car in the game?!?

Nissan GT-R GT Academy N24 '12 - Terrible handling, no adjustable aero. Crap car.

Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR '08 - Excellent car in real life, but the one in GT sucks. Lack of adjustable aero and understeer that would make the Titanic shake in it's boots all leads to an overall terrible car.

Formula Gran Turismo - Sluggish handling, tons of wheelspin, and it's standard. Overall a Formula 1 wannabe that fails to impress, however, a driver who adjusts to the wonky controls can churn out some crazy times.

I actually think that car would be a better substitute for the LMPs in the A-Spec Indy 500.

My hates are all american cars just like the real things big power but confused by those little things called corners not a patch on the Japanese or european cars in any shape or form.
The xredbull thing stupid car for stupid people who can't win a race unless they drive a car which laps the AI in one lap, pointless.
Cars which you win and can't tune yet are underpowered and don't handle and come with less toys than a Botswanan birthday boy.

There are good American cars. You just need to look for them. Stop generalizing them just because you don't like them.

It sounds like your a little jealous and hateful. Go wake up on the right side of the bed

My family ran an american car garage for quite a few years until my father retired, I have driven all sorts from mustangs to woodys to tuned 69 gto big block and I can catagorically tell you all the power cars from the states will outrun a lot of cars on the drag strip but for everyday handling on road or track none are a patch on BMW M5 Merc Amg models Nissan power machines like Skyline's I would even say a Honda S2000 would eat an american muscle car around a track. The only good car I have seen come from over there is a few Fords which I don't think are designed or built over there IE: Focus RS.
As for not liking them you are wrong I own a first gen 66 dodge charger which I love but hand on heart it handles awful and it was fully refurbed in 2009. I love it's style though. I did have a 2011 Charger which is a far better car down to progress from 66 but it still isn't a patch on a M5.
Back to the game there is far better cars to do a better job in a race than american cars simply down to handling.
Not a case of not liking them just after owning and driving them compared to european cars it is a case of comparing them, european wins everytime for me.:)

1. Ferrari Enzo - Terrible on the corners, and couldn't turn even if its life depended on it.

2. Any Vintage Muscle Car (mainly the Shelby Cobra) - Bad accleration, and most of the are a pain to drive around turns and corners.

3. Stiff 4WD cars (like Bugatti Veyron)- Stiff as hell, and zero mobility on turns.

I know the X1 gets a lot of hate, but it's a fun car to use offline. Also, I don't fully hate the Veyron, since it's a good car for races on SSRX, but on most tracks, it's a pain to use.

People whine about the Enzo, or Shelby because they can't control them....
...TUNE & PRACTICE.

My hates...

Redbull X'' cars - Unrealistic crap only designed for gameplay

ANY prototype car covered in camo sheets and gaffa tape. Please NO MORE.
