Perhaps the UPS depot will allow collection on the public holiday. If so, I’ll have it well in advance…;)

on the epson site: http://www.i-love-epson.co.jp/ec/cam...ophy/index.htm there's a black/white pic just left of the logo, of a ducati 999 which, by the look of it, seems to be a race modded bike. With the FILA logo and all...pretty cool :)

Don't post much around here, but I thought I'd chip in by saying that's actually a factory-produced street bike (note the turn signals are still on it) .... I've noticed it once before in the bike trader around here, can't remember what the asking price was ... think maybe north of $30k CDN.

Looks like they only got licenses from the manufacturers and not the race teams or the FIM or Dorna.
Cheaper for PD this time around probably.
If the game is a big hit then maybe they'll go all out and steal the FIM/Dorna license from Namco and put some Motogp bikes in and some WSBK bikes in too.

PD stump up the cash for the FIM/Dorna license? Not in our lifetime. We’ll have to content ourselves with ‘Racing Modify’ and Suzuka 8 Hour machines. Though let’s hope that we get a few disguised GP bikes!

Despite the lack of genuine racing class machinery, the main draw for me is the ability to ride the real-world bikes. Can’t wait to throw a leg over Count Agusta’s finest.

Good job, Alpha, but you're too fast.:P
The Playmode section was updated too with six new pics about the licences

Hmm, I’m not looking forward to the pillion tests.

Hey, where’s the man in the little brown truck? :)

Again nice work VV ;)!

You notice the meters in the left hand corner of the last two pictures? I presume the left one is for braking, middle one weight transfer (the arrow thing displays amount) and the right, acceleration.

I don't know what it is about Polyphony software, it always starts with a braking test!

Want to make sure you know how to stop the car before you do anything further? :dopey:

EDIT: er.... Bike, not car. :P

I´ve just get my Tourist Trophy (Chinese Version) - i love the man in the brown van ;-))
Now i will test the game, and write later my first impressions.

I can't make out what it says next to NTSC, but is this the NA cover for TT?

April! Dammit they said February!
February 2 is the Japanese release date... the US release date was never confirmed beyond 'Spring 2006'... I guess the Amazon release date is not set in stone either...

Does anyone know if and when it will be released in Europe? I haven't seen anyone mentioning anything about that, surprisingly.
