Race #9 it is. Using this car.
It'll look something like this.

Ah, but remember guys that my 1:49.622 was at lap 12-15 in my solo-race with 50% less fuel in the tank.
It's still fast laptime.

It sure is! :bowdown:

I had a little free time yesterday so managed to get a few more practice laps in. I couldn't break 1:50! The best I could.do was 1:50.003
0.003! :irked: I shouted at the screen. :lol:

Chasing Jocke's time has made me more consistent in the 1:50's though. Thanks Jocke. 👍

Right must go, theres half a second to find somewhere.

Does GT actually take into account the fuel weight?

Oh don't worry Patrick, it can't be that bad! :)
Don't get fixated on the lap times. It's better to be consistent in the race. (And stay on the track)

I'm usually rubbish when it comes to the actual race, I'm never aggressive enough. But I like it that way.
The lap times is one point. The second is that I can't see my brake point references at night, so I land systematically into the sand boxes... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

*Toyota fact of the day;
In July 2012 Toyota announced it's two hundred millionth vehicle after 77 years of production.

And I saw three of them on my way home today! :)

Last Tuesday and Wednesday I never announced the lobby open for race #1, instead I just snuck it open
and let drivers enter one by one as they noticed it. It worked fine then.
The trouble is when ten people try to enter all at once.

So I will perform the same procedure tomorrow for race #2, I will have the lobby open ~1 hour before qualifying
and let drivers find the room themselves. As long as the room gradually fills up it seems to work fine.
Just make sure you have changed the oil before entering and don't have to exit the lobby. That's when the
invisibility issues start.

They do like to experiment..
As far as I know the only racing category Toyota haven't tried is truck circuit racing;

For the simple fact they don't manufacture those types of vehicles. I wish they would.

Kill it before it breeds! Ugly car that is!
It reminds me of the X-bow from that angle.
Need lots and lots of practice to jump into49secs
I couldn't break 1:50!
Frustration!!!
Was my 49 just a wonderful dream?
.. checking..
No, it's in the replay alright. :)
I need to get on the track again to see if I can duplicate the time.

I might get on in an hour if anyone wants to join me at Motegi.

That's true. I'm still not as consistent as jammy for example.
I remember the very lap after my 49.6 was a 53.xxx :embarrassed:

I shouted at the screen.
You Paul? You're always so calm otherwise. :dopey:

EDIT: Open
Had fun with Mikey at Motegi. Got some good practice in although it'll be quite different driving
in the pack.

Again sorry for missing you Paul. Having some thai dinner leftovers and watching Peter Sellers made
me lose track of time. I didn't think anyone was able to meet me at Motegi anyway.
I saw your uploaded Supra at the community. :)

I'm sharing it here if you don't mind;

I was going to say I've never seen Toyota involved in dirt track racing, especially not sprint cars but I found this:

Who knows if it's powered by Toyota or just sponsored by them...

Also I ran 1:49.831 earlier but that was during an arcade time trial during the day with no tire or fuel wear or anything, since I can only run fast laps if I have a ghost to race against.

but I found this
Nice find, blue. They (Toyota) really are everywhere.
So, how did you find the film?
Actually this was the second time I've watched it. I saw it once a few years ago. It's a sweet movie,
Sellers is a great actor and the story escalates little by little until you don't know what's going on. :lol:
And his three-wheeled car is quite interesting.
So as i see , this evening race will be 2 hours earlier ( 18:00 GMT ) ?
Maybe you're thinking about the so called 'track time' in the game, Dimse?

All eight races are scheduled for 20:00 GMT. 👍
