Ok here is my beast for use if I am called out off the reserve list. I will get the right side view completed and sent in the next few days.

Be safe, enjoy your holiday season, and have fun racing!

Slight adjustment to the ballast system, while I'm logged in. OP has been updated to suit.

Application of ballast will be staggered. Ballast for Round 2 will apply to the top 3 championship positions, in 3%, 2%, 1% order. Ballast will apply to top 5 from Round 3 onwards.

Means we're not lumping the Brands winner with an immediate 60-70kg load for Monza.

Alright, first laps in the car tonight at Monza (I'll be missing the first round) with the BOP set. On soft tires and (surprisingly) in cockpit view, managed a 1:52.372. Normally I use hood view but the sound of this car is just too good in cockpit, so I might commit myself to running that view for the duration of the season. So apologies in advance if I squeeze you off on the right side of the car, I can't see you. :P Usually I am a fair bit slower in cockpit view, but I just picked up a Playseat Evolution and I think that might be helping. I don't mind it as much now. Car is great off the line with TCS at 1 so good to go there.

Side note, I'd love to run in a series that does a formation lap with self gridding. (park on the grid and the host gives a go time on the clock) We did that in one of my old Miata series, I think in GT5?

Couple snaps from the session:

@GTP_Guido with Turbo missing round 1, do you want to join us at Brands Indy, on the 10th?

Nice lap, man. I'm also starting to like cockpit cam. Not entirely sure why. But, it seems easier to prevent oversteer.

I find the cars react differently depending on the camera view your using. Bumper cam, the cars seem very twitchy. Chase cam, the car feels impossible to spin out and very understeery. Cockpit cam feels the most balanced, but you just can’t see much. Maybe it’s just me though?

Nope, can't see a huge amount in cockpit cam in GTSport so I use roof/bonnet cam as a compromise.

Welcome & yes. I need to get to turning laps. I've been resisting dailies due to the terrible penalty system. Sad, really. The game is probably the best on the market otherwise.

I'm the same, mate. Been spending more time on ACC, and PC2 lately, where I'd usually be doing dailies. Rest of the time, I'm hotlapping or practicing for various lobby events on GTS.

Currently working on transferring this to the 'Vette, if you fancy running a team livery?
