I didn't think of that, and the only person I have on my friends list from here is raceorama and he's not online. Mind if I add one of you guys as a friend and see if I can join from there?

I'm sure Alexi or Jon wont mind, I've left the room now.

Sorry chaps,i suddenly got some friends over from out of this continent, knowing they dont have a clu how stuff works here,am going to be busy showing them around amsterdam for the next few days......

This is as much as a challenge as learning a new track every week , believe me hahahaha

But with a little luck they will be too tired to do anything in the late evening and so i will be ready to do some online TCR with you guys the comming days!!!

hhhmmmm,

Spy.

Great, great, absloutely phenomenal racing tonight!
GT5 did hate me a bit, first race I got nugged by NOS (unintentionally) and I got a 5 second penalty and then I spun in last corner and proceeded to the pits, second race I experienced a sudden loss of grip, so I abandoned the race, third race I got a 10 second penalty for cutting () while trying to make room for NOS, forth race was phenomenal and took care of all the misshaps in the previous ones, great close racing with amazing racers.
Names are big, it really makes me happy to see that I can hold against players such as Twissy, NOS and many more... trully amazing.
Great racing I say it again, sorry for some bumps I made with my overly-agressive style and I'm looking forward to race again, when my exams end though.

Cheers everyone.

NOSS and I had a little bit of a funny finish where we both dropped it by a mile on the last turn... Here's how sideways I went without hitting the wall

I had a blast today. The last race I took part in was the best one for me. I think Joy got the replay file, so hopefully it'll wind up on here

Great seeing new racers showing up and an amazing track design. Cheers

Nice reading through the posts you are all submitting to the thread, keep it up please this is just what we want to keep TCR at the forefront, this will ensure more guests to come and try their hand at Track Creator Racing, in turn filling up the grid slots.👍

Little bumps will happen we know this; a small tap in the wrong place can be disastrous like some of the photos show, a good way to avoid most of these is to have more patients with one another.

There is no e-g-o-s in TCR all those letters should be left at the door on the way in.

Hosting the room last night for a number of hours was a pleasure; I thought the standard of driving from all was outstanding, 10/10 to every one

Phillip.

This racing sounds great.. im new to all this organised online racing though. how can i join?

Hi yezza, watch this thread for when room numbers pop up. Read the first page on the thread about rules and regs. It's great racing with good people 👍

Sorry guys, haven't been able to be down last few nights, i've just got a busy life :D Should be down to night, hopefully

Take them to a coffee shop for a few hours, that should get them ready for an early night 👍

Some lovely comments from everyone and great to see such full grids.

Yezza, you're more than welcome to join, just keep an eye on the thread for the room numbers.

👍

Had a blast last night, some great racing and som really close battles, particularly with Gary. Great to see such a range of cars, of course there will always be a troll car which is better than the others whatever regulations you choose, however people were content to try out loads of different motors and concentrate on having fun rather than winning at all costs. This for me reflects the spirit of TCR and the gentlemanly way the members conduct themselves and approach the racing, can't wait to race again 👍

And Alexi, I'll let you know when the track is available to download. Just a quick question though, how DO I make tracks available to download?
Since the series has started we have only used three sector tracks and I would like to keep it this way. But always up for testing tracks as I will do my best to make tracks week on week but you never know you could have the next best track. If you want to share a track you need to go to your track icon, triangle, share with friends, you have to be online to do this. We do-do testing so you never know your track could be the next best hit. I will ask that it's one track per-member per week.

Johns no Tilke, he designs much better tracks than that for our enjoyment!!! On my way now
John is much more like Jules de Their, creator of the original Spa layout
Thanks guys means a lot. You know I do worry sometimes as I do want the best track for you guys week on week.

Best race I've had, thanks for the upload mate.
I'm happy that it's immortalised.
Anytime Fodia, had a few connection problems last night so didn't manage to save a few replays I would've like too. But most of the time it's just pick, point and shoot.

Awesome video with a grooving soundtrack john!! Love it.

Cool seeing every one in there cars, and their battles.

"now if you just grab your partner... Let's dance" ;)

I'll be there shortly 👍

If Jon can't get your request StormPacer, send me one

TCR - 470pp Stock @ Boxston TCR Track by GTP_Joylord: 1472 6399 8665 9407 0244 open

Here at TCR we are proud to be known for good racing etiquette and clean driving, so here are a couple of pointers I would like to bring to the attention of all our members.

This is fun and entertainment, not a serious competition. Obviously we want you guys to be as competitive as possible, but not at the cost of the enjoyment of others.

If you start a race, try not to exit if you have a mishap part way round. Please pick yourself up and finish the remaining laps, you never know what can happen!

If you go off for any reason, watch the map for other cars behind you. Then rejoin the track without causing another driver to move off line or brake.
You might be able to join straight away or you may have to wait for 3 or 4 to go past, but whatever you do, please give respect to the other drivers.

If you have a coming together with anyone on track, whether you're in first place or last, please use your manners and make sure the other driver is stable or not left spinning while you drive off into the sunset.

We don’t like seeing negative remarks in the lobby room or thread about bumps, knocks and bangs, so please respect your fellow racers.

Phillip. 👍

The thing that I most enjoy about TCR is the creativity that shines through on this thread. Thanks Rob, TCR loves this type of contribution.

Edit:
Do you mind accepting my PSN friend request please? I was going to try joining the lobbies that way since my NAT type is blocking me from finding to the room.
Sorry I couldn't help last night. I was racing in my brothers rig.

Indeed Jon.

Great photos.
Looks like I missed a great night due to work constraints, but it's great to see so many great racers enjoying TCR.

I little fun at the end of the evening last night. 👍

You were going well last night Rob. 👍

Another thing about etiquette, try not to use the text messaging while others are racing. Just a nice in house rule, thanks

Yes it would be good manners, but I fear that it may be a bit too restrictive as it is suppose to be relaxing fun racing with good humor.
Better if the individual thinks first before using the Mic / text, is this likely to put a fellow racer off, if yes be polite and respect your fellow racers.

But still a nice point to bring up tiggles.

Hi turbogeit.

Your welcome to join anytime, keep an eye on the thread for open rooms as they are not set in stone times.

Rule of thumb is 8pm GMT.

I do sometimes open a room early evening for any early birds, and they can get quite busy.

Phillip.

Thanks guys for compliments, means alot. :)

I've got a new track that i've been working on, Bilton Park, download it and test it, if you want

@drandad false start on that vid lol  i wasn't the only one then. Looks fun, wish i could have been there
