I am going to get this game today (retail is £5 cheaper than PSN in local game shop). I just noticed while watching a steam one of the maps was very similar to a stadium2 map(on turbo its first map on red stadium and I think its also first red on stadium2). I hope they have not just recycled all the old maps

Some are from what I read here and there. Some campaign maps are also based on community designed maps from Trackmania2

Bought the XB1 version from Amazon for £25, and should be here between March 31st and April 2nd. I can't wait.

It's not an easy game but oh boy it's satisfying gameplay :)

The gold times can be pretty :ill: Have done the first 19 but I struggle with the buggy :ouch:

@Brend I saw one can create some challenges :P
Interesting... ;)

This is the best game I have played all year hands down. Pure brilliance in every way. Just finished a 5 hour session local hotseat play with my cousins and brother, all we wanted to do was play more.

This game is the proof that local multiplayer isn't dead for Playstation and Xbox outside of sports games. Nadeo have done an absolutely stellar job of bringing a niche PC game to the masses, cannot express my delight in this title with more words.

All I wish was that the track creator had an actual share factory type thing.. The sharing system feels like a relic of 90s PC gaming.

Can someone please answer me this time? Will the free trial always be available in the future, and how much can you play in that? Is it a 1-hour time limit, or no time limit with most things being locked to the full game?

cool game glad you can do 2 player split screen, yes..

Down and Dirty Valley is definitely the most difficult to grasp. The car feels so twitchy!

Absolutely loving this game so far. Just finished the Green Series and have:

32 Trackmaster medals
48 Gold medals

200/200 trackmaster medals will be ridicuously difficult for me. I think there's some people who have already done it, or are quite close to doing so. I applaud anyone who can achieve such a feat

Is anyone else bothered by the starting countdown when it's in Japanese?

"3... 2... 1... 5!!" ...Seriously, what the heck kind of countdown is that?!

OK, so, I've just started up a GTP community for this game on PSN. If anyone wants to join, send me a request.

Might not be for long, but thought this was pretty cool. :D
Too bad something appears to be wrong with the rankings. I'm currently ranked 10th, but I don't think that's where I should be. Some clues that something's off:
- I'm listed first of my province since Saturday, but so is a PSN friend of mine
- the total number of players never appears to have changed since the game came out.
- the ranking website you can go to never shows updated stats.

Looks like Nadeo still has some important work to do here...

The game itself is brilliant, I would just wish that the leaderboards were working properly

I'm ranked about 6th in yorkshire but all my times apart from a few are in the 20-30 range for my region so I don't see how I can have such a high global rank.

From what I can tell, world ranking seems to be based in some way to how many medals you have. That being said, I have had a few podium finishes and top 10 finishes online too in which my worldwide rank has went up. So, it seems like there's some sort of points system in place.

That might be it then since every event I have done so far I have got gold. I did a bit online but I'm not that good lol.

I just got the old Trackmania United Forever going on pc and I don't understand how I was so fast on that. It was a good time back when I was playing that so many people were active and competitions were happens between clans nearly every weekend.

Edit: does anyone have tips for drifting in down and Dirty valley? I cant figure out how to hold a drift.
