Seattle must be fun to do some long jumps at the stairs when running it in reverse. :)
As far as we know, reverse courses do not feature in TT. :(

Update

I’ve just finished the entirety of the Race Event Mode. Disappointingly there was no prize. Further, there were no prizes for 25% or 50% completion.

I’ll now be moving on to the remainder of the challenge mode.

Sorry. Just have to add.

Daijiro Kato helmet :)
No need for apologies Dan, as your keen eye for gear will be an asset to the TT forum. You’ll be pleased to see that Dianese has been included. Now all we need is a YZR-M1.

Game comes out here in two days so I happened by the game store and played the demo. Felt awkward after using the DFP for so long. Seemed like I had all my digits moving around trying to drive those bikes, what with the downshifting, and the upshifting, and the leaning, and the front brakes, and the rear brakes. Was a lot of fun though!

Would i be right in assuming that you can only ever race against one other A.I. driver? (like GT4 rally mode)

Update

Having neglected other parts of my life for some days, I’m glad to report that I’ve reached 100% game completion. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a prize for my efforts, and hence I will now set my sights to golding the licences in a few (TT free) days time. It’s of note that the NR750 is the only bike that I can’t account for, and I’m guessing that it will be a licence prize.

I’m looking forward to playing the game at my leisure, and setting interesting challenges for myself in the new opponent time trial mode. I trust that the updates have been useful, and I’m now off to bed at a reasonable hour!:embarrassed:

I don't believe this!!!

One the end of the long straight in trail mountain, the AI actually spin and fall off from his bike back there.

That is some AI you don't see everyday. :)

Edit: I watch the reply again, and found out that he fall again in the 2nd lap as well. I guess the surface is bumpy in the trail mountain, and his MV Agusta F4-1000S is so powerful but hard to keep the tires on the ground.

Hey, nice pics, though I think I should add (for those without the game) that the smoky looking manoeuvrer is caused by a crash/falling animation, rather than a power induced slide.

Wow ... that's quick
here are bikes of getting gold license
Thanks franz. How could I forget the Yoshi Katana? Something to look forward to.:)

I think the replay pretty much the same
it also contains dive mode like you can find in GT4
maybe some cameras locate differently

So only one new track?

After reading this topic my eagerness to play this game has dipped somewhat, don't think i'll buy it now and not even sure if i'll rent it (not being a fan of motorbikes at all). :s

I couldn’t resist unlocking the NR, though bizarrely enough, the $65,000 bike is only putting out 76 PS! (should be 125 bhp)

-Road/Normal bikes can only race against one opponent.
-Racing Mod and Racing bikes can go up against a maximum of three opponents.
*Four bike events suffer from a lower frame-rate, and for that reason I’m keener on three bike races.

Sam, couldn't it be that Polyphony decided to restrict the bikes? Don't know if it is the same in China as in Japan, but in Japan bikes are restricted. From what I know a Honda CBR 1000RR makes only about 95 bhp in Japan. This could perhaps be the answer as to why it feels like some of the bikes are slow. But then again...probably not:guilty:

Hey Onno, the issue is the covert traction control, rather than pure speed. Once on the move, the bikes have plenty of pace; though sadly there is little need for throttle control.

As for JDM power restrictions, other bikes seem to be putting out reasonably accurate figures. This includes bikes that are specifically marked with ‘(JP).’

Interestingly, this image surfaced prior to the release; however the 600RR now has 117PS in the garage.

But what about the A.I. ?
We all know it's the worst part in GT4.
How is it in TT ??
Alech, both Chih and I have commented on the AI in this thread. I find it to be slightly improved over GT4; though my opinion has probably been influenced by the fact that bikes are smaller than cars, and that there are fewer opponents on track. Further, as mentioned previously, the staggered rolling starts make a difference to the quality of the racing. Nonetheless, I've found that the AI will still plough into a parked bike on the racing line.

hi
a question to guys who own that game ...
can you show me the avaible color for the cbr 1000rr( repsol decor ?), 600rr and the yzf r1
