Welcome to Week 14 of the Tourist Trophy Photo Mode Competition

This competition has been extended to run for approximately three weeks. Please submit your entry by Thursday the 23rd of August, 2007


Week 12 winner: vr6gti72

Theme: Bike & Sponsor

Take a photo showing your chosen bike against an advertising logo of its manufacturer.
For example, a Honda with a Honda billboard in the background, or a Castrol sponsored race bike with a Castrol logo.
If you submit two entries, one of them must be a road version and the other a race modified bike.


Bikes: Any bike

Tracks: Any track

Entry requirements

• Up to two entries may be submitted per person. They must be your own work.
• If you enter two shots, please mark them Final Entry 1 & Final Entry 2 .
• Your Final Entries may be taken in either standard 4:3 format or wide-screen 16:9 (press all four shoulder buttons in PhotoMode)
• You must post your entries as either thumbnails, or as a previews linked to the full image.
• Previews should be no larger than 400 pixels along the longest side, be it vertical or horizontal.
• We recommend you use a free image hosting service such as or
• Do not use any external cheats or Game Shark codes to modify the game content.
• Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favourite shot(s).

Image enhancement rules
(what you can and can't do in Photoshop etc.)

• You may adjust brightness, contrast and gamma values.
• You may rotate, crop and resize the image.
• You may add a border and signature to your entry.
• You may NOT adjust levels, hue, saturation, curves or sharpen the image.
• You may NOT use filters, blurs or layers on your entry.
• You may NOT add any elements to the original photo.

Glad you like my theme...I was going to go into more detail, like Sponsor signs and such but it would be hard to explain in the discription. I will send in my two shots even though there should be enough to DQ my pics. I can tell what shots qualify...so Example: If you use the BMW RM and have the Castrol sign in there...I would go for it. or the HRS logo with a HRS honda, thats solid too IMO...The more unique the sign/bike combo the better. It takes some time to get the creative/unique combo.

Thats a good idea there kaede but it would have been so much better if the bike had suzuki on the bottom of the faring.

I realise that too, but i think i'll just leave it at that. Just too lazy to change.
