TURTLE RACING LEAGUE - ENDURO Racing Series - PRACTICE TONIGHT!

Great race last night everyone and congratulations martin on a spectacular run. After 36 laps of Tyro and 43 laps of Enduro, my arms are beat and I have a blister on my downshift finger!

Those are great cars to race. It will always be a good race with them, I just wish they had another 50hp.

Fun race last night having everyone in 1 room 👍. To bad Juan got disconnected somewhere around lap 30 👎. He was running a good race, had a good battle with him early 👍. Also to bad to Garage-father. I think we have all run out of fuel and I know how it feels. It's happened to me more that once, twice in one race in fact when I was in second place(Subaru TC at Grand Valley).

I WAS having a good race at the back for last place with Randy, took a gamble on pit strategy and upon exit from the pits I was the unfortunate beneficiary of the ol' PSN special:grumpy::drool::scared:
I really would have liked to see if the gamble paid off or not:dunce:
after I got the boot, I got mad :grumpy: and just turned the PS3 off 💡

Great racing last night guys! It wasn't pretty for me but I had some great battles during the race!

The new lineup looks great! Back to back RM cars! Should be fun!

Ok. Found a Copperhead Orange in this list and have confirmed it's available from the Dodge SRT10 Coupe '06 in the NCD.

It's almost a copper color. Since I was an electrician for over 25 years I feel well qualified to assess this particular hue's real life comparison. Hope this is the one you're looking for. Already burned my paint sends for the day so will probably buy this car and start duping the chip tomorrow. Want to try it on the wheels with my Sapphire Blue Pearl cars and see if I like it.

Update: Bought the car but no paint chip was acquired. 👎 :grumpy::banghead::irked:

Buddy of mine, Owensracing, sent me Barriquerot metallic. In the light it looks like a USA shiny penny. At least on the wheels.

Hope this isn't a dumb question but how do you do this? I would like to do this to some of my paints. Thanks

You need a USB flash drive. Make another psn account and add it to your friends list of your main account. Back up your save onto the USB of your main account, send paint to your backup account then reload the save of your account and you get the paint back.

Yeah that was a really fun race. That car is fun to drive, and Tokyo is one of my personal favorites. It's a shame I got disconnected, I think I was solid there for a second place. Anyways, looking forward to the next race. One question about that: What version of Le Mans are we running? 2005 or 2009? Chicane or no chicane? See you on the track. And once again a great great thank you for running this league.

You "dupe". Set up another account and do as ItsAllAboutWins suggested. NEVER dupe from your main account period! You should also get another thumb drive for a game save on your main account in case something gets corrupted or your PS3 bites it.

On thanks psycho and wins.

If I were a betting man I'd say it'll be 2009 WITH chicanes. Not sure tho..

Might not be necessary at this point but, 8 day 35 chip step by step sent via PM to you Socket68.

Why would one NEVER dupe from main account? If that's where the chip is, you'd have to.

Thank you Dragonwhisky. That is very helpful.

Anything I can do for you just let me know.

I prefer not to mess with my main account, I've lost the saved data and had to start over before(my backup was corrupt). I do keep a back up that I update about once a month to my PC(I used to just keep it on a thumb drive, bad choice).

I send the paint chip to my secondary account, then send it back and forth from my secondary account to my main account until I have 5 in my secondary account. Then I'm able to send the 5 chips per day from my dupe(secondary) account to my main. Doesn't take long and you'll have 30 or more of the colors you use for your car/wheel combo. And depending on how many series you run in you'll need them.
A faster way is to ask if someone has the chip or multiple chips and can send them to your dupe account as well.

If you dupe from your main account I would keep more than 1 backup though, may save you from having to start over(as with what happened to me). I keep a treasure trove of paint chips and tickets on my secondary account that I am always sending to my main account. If for some reason I lose my secondary all I lose are some paint chips and tickets that I can always replenished from my main account. Beats losing over 1100 cars, 2000 paint chips and 10 mill. or more in credits.

Having redundant backups is never a bad thing. I probably should at least back up my main account to my PC more often. It would be a pity to lose my car & item collection.

Could I be involved please

Hello kieranrp sure you can be involved just go to the first page of the thread and pick a unique color combination and a number. Then post it back here, and we will get some friend requests sent.
Thanks and welcome to the Turtle Racing League.

I like the track, but for some reason I always have problems with it on race day. I can throw down 10 good practice laps, once the race starts I get nothing but trouble.

yeah, you have been known to hit a wall or two there

martin_ky summed it up very well. 👍

I'm in the same boat, i don't mess with my main account's save file. Besides the fact that it screws up your thumbnails in the garage, I don't want to take the chance of corrupting the save file (which has happened to me too; but luckily i had a backup less than 30 days old at the time on my PC)

So long as you're diligent about backing up the saved game data it wouldn't seem to matter which account you used. Not to say that it can't happen, but I've yet to have any problems out of my main whilst building stockpiles of paint and gear. To each his own, I reckon.
