You get some deluded Liverpool fans, I see this sort of thing all the time on the internet.

BBC comment said:
Still the greatest. What other English club has won it 5 times? We were handed the toughest possible draw against the champions, Basle (who will reach the final mark my words) and plucky Ludogorets, who were always going to cause problems. Now we can concentrate all our energies on winning title no. 19.

Puts me in reminder of this;

Language warning.

From the BBC comments, I had a good laugh.
Ah Liverpool fans. Aways worth a laugh. (Especially after all the stick us Utd fans took after last season from them)

Meh well done to Man City I suppose for qualifying for the last 16 after they beat Roma and Bayern beat CSKA, City finish second on 8 points and they won 0-2, first goal from Nasri was a peach..

It took them a couple of years but now let's see who they get drawn against and see if they can actually do something this year in the knockouts.

Last 16 draw

I hope Barcelona execute a scorched earth policy on Manchester City.

Juventus vs Dortmund should be interesting, given Dortmund's diabolical Bundesliga form; 16th out of 18, only above the drop zone on goal difference.

And the Europa League last 32 draw...

Young Boys v Everton
Torino v Athletic Bilbao
Sevilla v Borussia Monchengladbach
Wolfsburg v Sporting Lisbon
Ajax v Legia Warsaw
Aalborg v Club Brugge
Anderlecht v Dynamo Moscow
Dnipro v Olympiakos
Trabzonspor v Napoli
Guingamp v Dynamo Kiev
Villarreal v Red Bull Salzburg
Roma v Feyenoord
PSV Eindhoven v Zenit St Petersburg
Liverpool v Besiktas
Tottenham v Fiorentina
Celtic v Inter Milan

Glamour tie for Celtic at least... also, as the BBC report:

Everton have never faced Young Boys before.

Chelsea played PSG in the Quarters last year and went through on away goals, but they did that without Fabregas, Costa and the cup-tied Matic....

Good draw for Arsenal....

PSG
Man. City
Atletico
Juventus
Real
Bayern
Monaco
Porto

Last 16 starts tonight with PSG v Chelsea and Shakhtar v Bayern, tomorrow its Basel v Porto and Real Madrid v Schalke, the other first legs take place next week...

So it finished PSG 1-1 Chelsea, Ivanovic and Cavani with the goals, great result for Chelsea

In the other game it finished 0-0 between Shakhtar and Bayern, Alonso got sent off for two yellows...

Bunch of Chelsea 'fans' showing off their best side in the Paris subway:

I thought Britain was the tolerant one? Real smooth thing to do in France of all places.

I'm so glad Chelsea have never signed Willian, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Claude Makelele, Marcel Desailly, Geremi, Nicholas Anelka, Didier Drogba, Michael Essien or Ashley Cole.

What a goal that was from Marcelo! Just seen it as I missed it the first time round.

Unreal goal by Marcelo, good to see Ronaldo back firing as well after his little goal drought, it finished Basel 1-1 Porto in the other game

Back to the Chelsea fans last night, its not the first time they have had brushes with racism, when they played Man United in the league a couple of years ago one fan was pictured making monkey gestures towards Danny Welbeck, the fans last night are most probably in the minority but that doesn't make it OK of course, the only punishment Chelsea can and should give them is permanent bans, it will be interesting to see if UEFA does anything about it to

...I wonder how Drogba, Remy, Mikel, Zouma, Ake, Cuadrado, Loftus-Cheek and the other mixed race players at the club feel about what happened....
