Although I'm really happy that we won by a rather comfortable difference, I'm a little disappointed at how un-even the game was. I was expecting a more balanced game to watch, a game with more excitement. Yes, the 3 goals were a delight for me, but honestly, I would have preferred Man. United to score at least once, and put some danger in, so at the end, I would have been more satisfied and relieved with the win.
Not only did MU seemed too relaxed, but C. Ronaldo was playing like if he was Robinho for Real Madrid. If nobody has seen him play, he plays like if he thinks he is in Brazil, not passing the ball, doing fancy risky touches when he can't have the luxury to do it, and complain and complain all the time.
I wished he played like he did at Old Trafford...
I mean, the rest of the team had its moments, they just couldn't define well at the end.
Hopefully we'll see the same type of aggression we saw today from Milan at Athens on the 23rd.

Hold on was Udinese playing man u tonight? I swear it was AC Milan.
I hope Milan will win the final this time around though and I hope that Maldini can play in the final as well Paolo needs that cup damnit.
As for chelsea welp we sucked mad balls totally and I didn't want to watch the penalty shootout so bah.

Of course if Udinese made the champions again, I would have cheered for them.
Sadly though, I doubt we'll even reach the Uefa cup.

So wait you support two italian teams? I mean I can understand you rooting for them because they are italian, but seriously how can you support two teams in the same league?

Man U were shockingly poor yesterday. Oddly I'm not as dissapointed as I thought I would be, I guess that's because I never expected us to win the treble again though. Our injuries are really causing us problems now. We've got Ronaldo who's playing injured, and Vidic who's have been playing with discomfort. The only two Man U playes I'd give credit to for last nights game are Van Der Sar and Paul Scholes, everyone else looked very flat.
I don't know why everyone was hyping Milans "great" performance last night though, they came flying off the blocks sure, but they didn't play that great imo. Anyone in top flight football can play like that if they're given time and space, we gave Milan time and space. The first two goals we're handed to them thanks to defensive errors, the third was because we'd pushed everyone so far up the pitch and there was little we could do. Milan we're by far the better team on the night as the scoreline shows, but they wern't fantastic imo.
Our lack of quality squad depth caught up with us and coupled with our poor away record in Europe, killed us. We we're just flat. Oh well, that's me hoping Liverpool bring the trophy back to England again, bring on Saturday and the FA cup final.

1/2 OT, English grammar: Why is i. e. "England are" (plural) and not "England is" (singular). I wonder the whole time. I mean: it's a team, not the players. Shouldn't it be "is"?
Now OT: Bayern Munich was kicked out by Milan this year and it seems they won't make into the CL next year. Should be fun, because Bayern Munich is the "German Chelsea". Everyone hates them, unless they play against foreign teams.

I think they have what it takes this year... the players, particularly Gattuso and the superb Kaka, certainly deserve it...
HOWEVER, the bloody club do not. The fact that Milan were even allowed to take part this year is a disgrace. Cheats never prosper? What sort of message does this send out?

Milan no longer have the weakest link this year (Shevchenko), so I'm thinking they will win it.

Milan, from when Ronaldo has arrived, is improved a lot. It has numerous possibilities to win the Champions League (Atene).

Ronaldo can't play. So Milan having Roanldo has no bearing on the Champions league, he's cup tied. I do think Milan have the better chance of winning though, they're an all round better side than Liverpool imo, but being a Brit, I'll be rooting for the British club.

No, but they have all played in this year's Champions League and are all well known footballers, with a slight bias towards the English Premiership...

The problem I have with this list is, I don't know full names of many players. I could figure out 5 though, but rest it seems I cant coz of the first names, I didnt know the full name of Dida also till sometime back, lol.. But, as I only know their last names, when you do post the answers, I'll be like, Aah, I knew it, I knew it.. If only I knew their first names ..
