At least your honesty lives on. These cars however, not. As they fade out pretty quickly.

Yes, I guess they are far from being well-known or historically significant to the average person, quite unfortunately.

Well, at least Zagato themselves hold the 450S Coupé in high regard, it seems. As you probably have heard, they recently made a modern reinterpretation of the car called the Zagato Mostro, (a fitting nod to the original 450S Coupé since it was also nicknamed "Il Mostro" or The Monster) and to me it eliminates the problem of the 450S Coupé's front grille looking scrunched up and the fenders now look less like swellings. So that one's not so much of an ugly mostro in terms of looks, I'd say.

Yeah, ugly is probably harsh but my eye has always immediately been drawn to the character line that sweeps up awkwardly in the flank to meet the one that traces the quarter window--and that just ruins it for me. :P

Both in terms of light utilized during photography and the UV exposure that it's surely been subjected to over the years. :lol:

Funny enough, both cars were produced in the exact same time frame & designed by Gandini.
