Which car should be used for the "new" backgrounds?

Alba, very nice work, I've just mentioned this on the home page. I hope you don't mind that I lumped the backgrounds in to the ZIP file that I mirrored. I noticed you mentioned trouble with your FTP server earlier (which appears to be run by your employer), and I figured you didn't want to push their resources too much so I loaded the one big file on to GTPlanet's CDN servers.

Thanks jordan, very nice of you :)

Nice one Alba 👍 now all I need to do is decide which wallpaper looks best - I'll probably change them every week

Yeah, same. I'm not sure which one looks best so i'll probably do that.👍

The new Tii theme is great!.

I voted for Ferrari - hoping that it will be the F40 - preferably of the back looking into the engine bay.

But for now, thanks alot - the new update is great!👍

dont know if its been mentioned before, but

why dont you conbine the background pictures and the theme buttons that you created into 1 theme file type thing. because not most of us like the default ps3 background. if you do, you should try to maybe make them change every time you start up the ps3 or get out of a game. for example, maybe a ferrari when i start the ps3, the next time a BMW, the next time a FORD and so on. the same thing for when you leave a game and get into the xmb.

i know that we can conbine them atm, but it would have been better if they could change.

thanks and good luck for your next updates:idea:👍

👍 I had actually mentioned this to him, I'm not sure how it's done but the official GT5 P theme switches pics every time you come back to the XMB from a game or similar.

Thanks for keeping things coming alba :) Your advice to set brightness to -5 is perfect - the dark grey really making the icons and XMB pop.

Any chance of an user account keys with the Brazilian flag? 👍

Still no PS3 here, but as soon as i get it, installing your theme will be the first thing to do.

I've had this theme for a while now, and really love it (i think i should install the one without sounds though) but I still have no idea what the user account key flags are used for, can anybody enlighten me?

You have to press triangle on your user id before you log on. Click info. Click X.
You have to copy "key".png file off of usb to photo section and choose it from there.👍:)

Thanks guys as for the "cycling backgrounds" question that was asked a last page or so, I've tried everything and you can't please everyone obviously, some might one a few backgrounds cycling, some might one all of them some might want just two... so I found this method is the easiest way to deal with that and please most people. Release the theme with no backgrounds and all and let you choose which one you like. I know the cycling part is annoying and I can only hope sony's going to release updates to the way themes work so you could set up yourself which background of the theme you'd like to cycle through and so on.

Hope that answers your question!
(Now onto waiting to be able to change sub account management ones, come on sony!)

:)

I'm having trouble getting the wallpaper on. The theme has loaded perfectly, but I can't put the wallpaper on, even when it's PS3>PHOTO>(wallpaper) on the USB drive. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

It's PS3>PICTURE, not PHOTO and make sure the pictures aren't in another folder beyond PICTURE

also, you can press triangle then display all. This will show everything on the drive regardless of how the folders are laid out.

I tried putting the wallpapers in PS3>PHOTO, PS3>PHOTOS, PS3>PICTURE and PS3>PICTURES but none showed up in the XMB under the Photo menu. So in the end I just used the 'Display All' and it works for me. Strange...

Flags request will be up tomorrow hopefully! (if you got any more, let me know here)

that's strange, remember: in all caps you have these folders PS3 > PICTURE > "file goes here". There can't be any other folders past PICTURE. You have to locate your flash drive which has to be in FAT 32 under photo and select it to see what's on it.

Alright, I'm uploding the flags now (by the way the people going nuts with the PS3\PHOTO or PICTURE thingy, I never did it that way lol) I just put the link of the picture on my ps3 web browser then "file > save image > hdd" lol :D

EDIT: done on the mini-website, putting them here just in case.
