Ok, i got three backgrounds done GTR/R8/F430 now, just the EvoX to do but that will be for later on (will see how the current backgrounds are first and see if i have to change things or not)

I've a few icons to finish right now (which i'm almost done with) and it's packaging time and then feedback from you guys!

Sorry for my ignorance but how can i use the irish icon?

Go to this site on your PS3, select the icon and save it.

or, just copy the account folder (along the PS3 one) on your usb stick and select it from there as your account image

There you go guys, I hope i've done things in the right way and i've looked here and there trying to find any errors or mistakes... so far it looks solid and I hope you guys will help me out find fix and ofcourse improve this theme as much as possible

Download (use the link in red)

Extract it with winrar/winzip and then you got three folders copy the PS3 one on your usb stick and then install it via the XMB.

Everything is described in the README.txt file, if you have any problems let me know but this should help!

Alba, how can I choose which of the 3(or 6) backgrounds I want the theme to cycle through? Such as, only the light w/logos and light without logos.

As well, I would like to just copy all versions of the backgrounds of all 3 cars to my Photos directory (viewing purposes), but the filenames are the same for all 3 cars and it keeps wanting to overwrite.

Can you set up the cycle sequence to go specifically in order, 1 - 2 - 3, rather than random?

For now it's random so not much I can do about it. And you can't select which you want to cycle through, I've included all the special background but for now you can only stick with one if you want to use those, for the brightness the best thing to do is to use the XMB settings for it but it will cycle randomly and if you want one in particular then select "Use as background" and it will stick with that one.

I'm still waiting for sony to update their theme compiler to change the playlist icon and add more options to it so i can keep on improving the theme! For now, we just have to wait

Is it randoming through all 15 (I guess) images or just 3 (1 for each car)?

Can you make a background of the image that you have with the GT logo in the middle and overlay a cool XMB template due to the bright area? I think it would be cool if you could add it to the theme.

It cycles through the 3 (one for each car, default is the one with the logos and is medium dark'ish like).

As for the background, might give it a go later on, can't right now

Once I get updated tools, yes (otherwise i'm still looking at things to improve the theme, working on the Evo X background aswell as some other cars

When should we be expecting the next version of this?

Is it OK to make a couple of positive suggestions here?

1. It may just be me but the new sounds that you've added seem far louder than any other XMB sounds, Anyway to lower them?
2. I don't think the notification box works as well as the earlier plain version. The red just doesn't fit in with the reserved colouring of the icons for me. Any chance of a choice between the two?
