I wonder what's with the recent trend of putting track-only cars in Gr.X? The Zonda R and P1 GTR are there, but not the Aston Martin Vulcan. Although, that said, the Vulcan was also there from day-one; could it be too much of a hassle on PD's part to "retcon" the Vulcan's classification? Perhaps in the next GT game, if a similar category system is used, cars primarily meant for the track like the Vulcan, the Toyota S-FR Racing Concept, or the KTM X-Bow would be in Gr.X, much like we already see with the Renault Sport RS01. I would ideally like Gr.X (whether in GT Sport or the next GT game) to be more of a "one-make" class like for the karts, some VGTs (e.g. the "vanilla" version of the Dodge SRT Racing VGT vs the Gr.1 version), and formula racers - with only more extreme cars being placed there otherwise - rather than a "wastebin" class. In a similar regard, I'd love to see a series of classes meant for vintage classes of race cars, perhaps a "Gr.1-Retro" of some sort.

I would enjoy this combo. However, when I surveyed the geographical surroundings (bay & mountain profile) after Gardens' release, I got the impression that the two layouts were not in sufficiently direct proximity which could yield a combination ala Kyoto+.

Thoughts?

There's a tunnel at DTG. Where it resurfaces, I don't know.

Both track's main straights are side by side, but also both of them aren't connected at all, they would need to alter Seaside's II T1 to make it a road that goes to the Garden's tunnel, and then they would also have to alter Garden's T1 long left...

In general I'd say it's not exactly viable to make both tracks connect at different spots.

No year on the FuguZ.

I think prototypes, 1 ofs and VGT cars don't have year of production/launch. Maybe they need to have raced in an official race sometime throughout their lifetime or being available to be purchased. I don't know what's the criteria but several cars ingame lack year of production.

Just wonder if it can be used in Nostalgia Cup.

Damn these cars are dropping left right and centre. The P1 GTR could either drive really well or PD could forget about its downforce again like the Vulcan and be a total mess. Also, I wonder if they will finally add a button assignment for manual DRS + KERS operation?

Now that the FIA season is over, I wonder if things will be much quieter next year update wise (hopefully not).

At this rate Kaz wont need to post the 9 panel teaser tweet.

Now Hammer Gaming is saying that electric Indian Birani* Shul supercar is coming too.

I dont know if this is the actual name, you get the idea.

I dont mind the C2 Corvette but then they need to mix in more historic events.

The C2 was the basis for some pretty decent and competitive race cars too.

Optimistic it's gonna get the Zonda R treatment if it's Gr.x which means it'll use racing tyres and not drive terrible
The Vulcan is terrible because it got classified as N so they had to tone it down.

They will probably update their GT3 and GT4 car list.
Imagine a 2nd season with exactly the same cars

Agree 100%

At best its a million dollar VGT Gr.X with 1,000hp and a single gear 4wd electric drive and no brakes.

And a Gr.1 6 speed 850hp conventional LMP car.

Not buying this at all.

I'm guessing the F50 is way way way more.

I'd like to think its the same price as the F40 ($450k?) but these guys go nuts for no reason.

If i remember correctly the shul is using a turbine to generate electricity for its 4 motors which is mated to a single ratio gear box. It's also not a Vision granturismo. The car itself was designed by Kaz himself supposedly. The car unlike most VGT cars is actually being built supposedly and aiming to launch sometime late next year or early 2020. It's a hyper car. It will probably go in the N800 to 1000 class. But we have no numbers on it's power output.
