How many versions of that bloody Supra do we need?

soon

I think the time is right to bring back more models having series dedicated to them in GT League, such as the Audi TT, Mazda Roadster, Mazda (rotary engines) and Renault Clio. To this date most of these series are basically one-make in GTS, which is kind of boring when there are plenty of suitable cars in the back catalogue.

Premium in GT6 but currently not in GTS.
2003 Audi TT Coupe 3.2 quattro
2007 Audi TT Coupe 3.2 quattro
2009 Audi TTS Coupe
1989 Mazda Eunos Roadster (NA Special Package)
1991 Mazda Eunos Roadster J-Limited (NA)
2007 Mazda Roadster RS (NC)
1991 Mazda éfini RX-7 Type R (FD)
2007 Mazda RX-8 Type S
2000 Renault Sport Clio V6 24V
2011 Renault Sport Clio R.S.

These are not the actual cars I expect to see in the next update, but one or two of them would certainly help fleshing out some things in GT League.

Interesting, I also think GT6 exclusive premium cars have a stronger chance to return as well.

BMW 507 '57
BMW Z8 '01
Cadillac CTS-V Coupe '11
Cizeta V16T '94
Ferrari Dino 246 GT '71
Ferrari FXX '07

Pagani Huayra '13
Plymouth AAR Cuda 340 Six Barrel '70

Speculation time:
Circuit: SPA the reason is because had tons of fan requests
Cars: There will be 8 cars, the cars are:
Nissan Silvia S15-S13 (fan request car)
Mazda Autozam AZ-1 (kei-cars hasn't been added for a lot time)
Citroen C4 Coupe VTS: (already premium car, and there wasn't any new Citroen)
Any Koenigsegg possible (fan requests and never featured in gran turismo)
Mazda MX-5 (NA) 1989 (one of the car icons in gran turismo)
Mazda MX-5 N200 2016 (a car that return in GT sport aka was a car removed from the final release)
Lotus Evora 09 (a car removed from the beta release of the game)
Audi RS6 avant 2009 (possible car that maybe come back and first station wagon in GTS)

How it is?

I'm of the personal belief that an update will not be until mid or late January, as i think the Supra will come with it and we know that is not scheduled to appear officially until 14 January.

If the update comes with the Supra, I don't believe we will see a silhouette until next weekend, probably 4th or 5th January. But that's just my guesstimate!

I can't believe they havn't added in the LFA yet.
Omg that’s the car I’m most anticipating, ever since the first ever update was released. And the Huayra...

You’re missing some icons like the LFA and there is probably going to be a Race Car in this update. Probably an older GT3 car like the R8 LMS or a premium LMP like the Speed 8, R10, or maybe even Pescarolo. Also brands that haven’t had a car added like Infiniti or Peugeot and I kinda agree with the Citroën. Lotus still has some issues with licensing and stuff.

Well, a car usually takes 6 months to scan, record the sound, implement into the game etc. So that means PD should’ve scanned the Supra since July or August. I don’t think they would’ve gotten the permission from Toyota. Yet, the GR Supra Racing Concept was unveiled in March and it came in the April update... so... idk .

I really was expecting a holiday surprise with one last update before 2018 ends. Oh well, maybe next year.

It would surprise me a bit if GT Sport made in past Xmas 2019 barring some new life cycle revelation.

You guys know the thing we need that isn't a car? Vintage racing suits and helmets.

Seriously. I know we're all excited about what's coming, but they really need to update the mileage section.

Driving the 330 P4 with modern helmets is strange. I wanna be this guy:!

Regarding that ME content. Maybe more slots are added, for extinguishers and kill switches. Even though we can get those via .SVG, some decals on certain cars, are different than the ones on offer by PD.

I'd also like to know how long it takes to model wheels.

As for Gr. road cars, maybe that's done. Especially when it takes PD longer to create such fantasy cars.

If the Formula Gran Turismo were to come back, all of the paintjobs/liveries from GT6 should be there. And it should be paintable with a customizable livery.

We could very well get the production version in a January update.

alright, I made a conservative-ish prediction now let's shoot for the moon a little bit.

Tracks: Spa and a top speed testing course for Kyoto Driving Park

Cars:
1. Chevrolet El Camino SS 396 '67 (N300)
2. Cizeta V16T '94 (N600)
3. Honda Civic Type R (EK) '97 (N200)
4. Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce '09 (N600)
5. Lancia STRATOS '73 (N200)
6. Nissan SILVIA spec-R AERO (S15) '02 (N300)
7. Porsche 962 '84 (Gr.1)
8. Porsche 911 GT2 (993) ’93 (N400)
9. Suzuki ESCUDO Dirt Trial Car '98 (Gr.X)
10. Toyota SPRINTER TRUENO GT-APEX (AE86) '83 (N100)

Honestly if any of these hit, both on this list and my previous one, I'll be over the moon.

Stupid question, but is there evidence of another potential course layout at Kyoto Driving Park? I’ve frankly never paid attention.

There's a skid pad you can see from the aerial shots but other than that no not really.

I think there was more talk about connecting both Dragon Trail courses, than another Miyagi layout.
