Hope we don’t have more ‘fast and furious’ cars but real cars....the opening movie in the game always make me wander the entire racing history, to be honest we need to cover better the first 50 years of 20th century. From a real simulation game I don’t accept a sema car is faster than a Ferrari La Ferrai of a Veneno on a track lap.
The Fugu Z isn't faster than a Veneto and the Ferrari.

Since there has been at least a race car in a update, I'm just gonna throw a bone and say Audi R10.

In that case:

I nominate:

I'm not picking on you. If you have doubt, there's literally, a post on Page 2, about speculating the right way.

I understand. It's a thin line imo. I mean off course the RA300 I was speculating isn't going to be added, but I was answering somebody's question. Who would think the Civic on previous page would be added? That's also kinda not realistic at the moment.

Now I see how you guys speculate, I think it's more credible to speculate about cars that were in previous GT series, but aren't yet added in GT Sport, thus my thinking above.

I mean the March Forty, in a N1000 race i did deiven by AI was first....
It's an AI.
AI can't drive for their life LaFerrari or most of N700 onward cars and March Forty is slightly better to steer. LaFerrari is still faster than March Forty either way.
(I mean, you can beat a N1000 AI race with a N300 car if you want to)

You'd be surprised how good tuned cars can be on the track. However, I am genuinely curious as to how you came to that conclusion when it's kinda borderline impossible to take on those two cars with the FuguZ.

The FuguZ is a real car, by the way.

Nobody says the foguz is not a real car, I just want be clear that a tuned sema car as the Mach Forty couldn’t beat a supercar with a high level development in engine, weight destribution, aero and components as the LaFerrari of McLaren.

It can't, the laferrari is still faster. For a game notorious for its AI hijinks I'm surprised you take their performance in certain cars as a representation of their actual potential.

I beat the La Ferrari in a race with my little Fiat once. Granted, it was a custom race with fuel consumption at x10, but I beat it.

Haha I miss the Nurb 24h glitch versus Gr.1 cars! I won with the Abarth Biposto on Maggiore again a Veyron and an Enzo. N200 max tune on RSS though!

The fact that you think that a supercar cannot ever be beaten by a vehicle heavily tuned from the ground-up is rather appalling.

While, yes, the Mach Forty is rather inferior to the likes of a LaF in terms of aero, doesn't mean that it's potential for performance stops there.

Anything can happen, such as an N300 Atenza beating out an N400 650S.

I'm really excited for the Ford though, its such a beautiful build.
Agreed. I really want to drive the '51 Ford. We really have never had many '50s American cars in GT besides the 1954 C1 Corvette and the 1959 Corvette Stingray Racer Concept.
But like with all the cars we get from the SEMA shows, I'd much rather prefer the stock variants of the cars.

But we are getting free cars anyways so I can't really complain. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First of all I didn't know that Kazunori Yamauchi was from Japan , I thought he was from China .
In China they celebrated New year the 5 of February .
By the way this was joke so my mistake was that I thought Kaz was from China .
You overrated the car culture and video game industry of China.
BTW Chinese New Year is not a fixed date.

Excuse me, but how on earth could anyone even remotely interested in video games, let alone PlayStation games, let alone GRAN TURISMO(!!!) think Kazunori is from China?

I assume because some are uneducated and/or discriminating enough to think that all asians are the same simply because to them they all look the same.

There's plenty of uncomfortable situations that I have experienced as an Asian guy throughout my life with these kinds of people and I'm from Belgium as well...

Now back on topic:

I'm kinda curious if we're going to get another Gr.3, but I think we'll rather get a Gr.1 car this time around.

February was an interesting one with a few double manufacturers in that update:

- The following 12 cars have been added:
  ・ Alpine A110 1600S '72
  ・ Alpine A110 Premiere Edition '17
  ・ Audi R8 4.2 FSI R tronic '07
  ・ De Tomaso Pantera '71
  ・ Dodge Challenger R/T '70
  ・ Ford Mustang Mach 1 '71
  ・ Gran Turismo F1500T-A
  ・ Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 '11
・ Subaru WRX STI Isle of Man Time Attack Car '16
・ Subaru Falken Tires / Turn 14 Distribution BRZ '17
  ・ Toyota Supra 3.0GT TURBO A '88
  ・ Toyota MR2 GT-S GT-S '97

The R8 is like the smaller older brother to Aventador, as both are related by VW Group. Pantera pretty much shares the engine with the Mach I and the Challenger connects with the Mach I, as a pony car. This just leaves the GT F1500 as a stand alone.

The two Subarus interest me. Together with the SEMA cars and Amuse S2000, we've got a small tuner car collection. My favorite event of all GT games, is GT4's Tuning Car Grand Prix. Loved buying a stock S2000, tuning it and trying to beat the pants off that super fast Opera S2000. Also brought the FPV GT to have a play. Looked so good on those black center Professor wheels.

Anyway, I thought, with PD adding these time Attack, drift and tuner cars, what other car might be thrown in the mix from left field?
The Spoon FD2 Center Drive

Reason being, Spoon Sports have been in GT, since GT2. We don't have any Premium Spoon Sports cars from GT5P-GT6. This particular car, has such an odd feature for a fwd Time Attack racer, it screams of something PDI would surprise us with. Not to mention the connection with Daijiro Yoshihara.
I don't expect this car to be in a GT game, but seeing the special cars PD have thus far, instead of maybe seeing the Spoon S2000 or Spoon EK9, etc, this car is a bit more inline of what we've been getting.

Doesn't the Spoon Sports CR-Z count in terms of premium car?

Or maybe you're referring to race tuned Spoon Sports cars?

He's a troll. However, the "Chinese or Japanese" ignorance tends to happen a lot, and it's painfully true in the United States.
