I got a 0 mileage 964 despite having it already, as it lets you win the prize car whilst the relevant menu book is open.

Bought the bright green/yellow Trans Am yesterday solely because the area surrounding the headlights is gray, instead of gold. Guess what happens when you apply a livery or paint the car? They turn freaking gold. :banghead:

Weird, I won't paint mine then. 😜

I spent a bunch of credits tuning up that big 'murican V8 just to find out it can't even touch 500hp. Honestly I don't understand why so many cars in this game are so limited on power, on many cars the turbo kits and chargers are hilarious. +40hp gain over stock N/A, gee golly thanks kaz... what is that, a turbo off a suzuki cappuccino?

Yes, a handful of cars make more power than they used to in previous titles, but the majority actually make way less than previous games.

Probably depends on what color the car the livery was created with has. It's the same with AE86 interieur colors I guess?

I thought that too, but just painting the car, changes the surrounds to gold, so not tied to a livery, unfortunately.

Compare this to FM7 where you are free to pick any stock colour..

Kaz is a game-nazi :ouch:

Nothing but repeats in the UCD, and the 1970 Plymouth Superbird is officially a legend, knocking the possible UCD-only cars left to appear down to 3:
  • 2009 Abarth Abarth 500, 39,080 miles, 23,300 Cr. (previously available in the UCD 3/20-3/25)
  • 1983 Volkswagen Golf I GTI, 37,398 miles, 43,700 Cr. (previously available 3/21-3/26)
  • 1971 BMW 3.0 CSL, 49,455 miles, 138,400 Cr. (previously available 3/23-3/30)
  • 1995 Honda Integra Type R (DC2), 45,792 miles, 57,700 Cr. (previously available 3/5-3/13)
  • 1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V GSR, 22,022 miles, 75,800 Cr. (previously available 3/12-3/20)
  • 1994 Nissan R32 GT-R V-spec II, 60,694 miles, 171,200 Cr. (previously available 3/13-3/21)
4 cars freshly sold out.

Wait I didn't know there are two different DC2 Integra in this game. What the hell are the differences?
I don’t remember the specifics, but it’s related to a very subtle difference in handling feel. Click the ‘Learn More’ button on the listing and the difference is vaguely explained.

All 4 cars are repeats (the Civic previously available 3/6-3/12, Evo IV previously available 3/15-3/21, S2000 previously available 3/14-3/20, and the 2009 Ferrari 458 Italia, now going for 252,200 Cr., previously available in the UCD 3/9-3/17). That brings the number of repeats to 42.

6 cars freshly sold out. The cars that have gone the longest without repeating in the rotation are:
  • 2001 Porsche 911 GT3 (996), which sold out on 3/19
  • 2002 Nissan R34 GT-R V-spec II Nur, which also sold out on 3/19
  • 2001 BMW Z8, which sold out on 3/21
  • 1995 Porsche 911 Carrera RS CS (993), which sold out on 3/22
finally s2000... now just need the testarossa to restock
You'll be waiting a while - it sold out on 4/4.

How do you know the dates cars from the past sold out? do you mind linking me to whatever you're using as a reference?

Try leaving the paint alone and just applying big decals in the paint colour you want to the body. Sometimes decals will miss parts out.

That's only good if we can use ALL available paints for decals as well, and not just restricted to the colour chart.

I’d get that older Integra Type R if it was Championship White. Maybe I’ll still buy it, if only to be the one that I’ll modify, whereas the one that I’ll leave as-stock will ideally be in Championship White.
