The Ruf this time is considerably cheaper than it is from Brand Central, maybe it was last time it appeared but I think I let it past as it seemed pretty close to the price new. At least here it is a decent saving, the R34 seemed similar - not as close to the 'new' price as they have been when they first appeared.

Last time, it had 29,086 miles and cost 792,100 Cr. This time, it has 51,185 miles and costs 777,000 Cr. Brand new, it costs 900,000 Cr. Given that, at least when you buy it, there's no noticeable difference in condition between used and new (at least if you buy it from the rotation - menu-book specials do come somewhat worn), it's up to you whether to take the used-car discount.

The whole used car-mechanic in the game is so weird.

If the new cars and the "used cars" deteriorate with the same progression, all it does is to obfuscate the distance you have driven in the car.

I treat them as “sales” regardless whether what’s the distance it has driven. Yeah , I can’t choose the colour but then , I just want to complete the collection.

I missed Fairlady Z 300ZX TT 2seater '89 somehow. May be it was in the UCD only once during first weeks after game release, I don't know. I bought game later.
Sadly there are only 68 cars which you can buy only in UCD. And 23 of 68 you can win when completing Cafe, mission and licenses. So UCD is a shop only for 45 unique cars?!

I don’t know. PD could have done like a real used car market and offer several of the same car for a few days. Different mileage and colors. I mean, if any one types in a real used Car to buy, they’ll see several of the same car: Color, similar miles, similar pricing.

I‘d think a “Hot” car, would be something rare like an S.S AE86. It’s only got one spec. The Capuccino has only two colors, but even if it’s new to the UCD, not sure it’d be “Hot”. A hot car seems like a rare car at a lower than NCD price. The Ruf for example. It doesn’t have the thumbs up and down Hagerty arrow of Caesar. Yet, 100,000+ cheaper than new, would seem to be a hot item.

The mileage on the used cars don’t bother me one bit… I am buying cars simply for the collection but before I’d be selective and only buy cars I liked… With that being said I don’t have a chance to drive a lot of my cars so the mileage does nothing for me… I actually prefer the discount on some of the brand central cars compared to buying new… That’s why im waiting on the Delorean…hopefully the Testarossa restocks tonight...That’s one car I want badly…

I’ve compiled cars from GT6 which I’d say stand a realistic chance of being future UCD exclusives in GT7. In addition to being fan favourite staples, I’ve also taken into account the patterns we have seen in car choices for the UCD so far, existing relationships between PD and manufacturers, and finally PD’s ideal access to JDM cars. If you think I have missed an obvious car from before 2001, then there’s a chance I wrote it off for the LCD.

Everyone should own a GNX..it had the aerodynamics of a brick, but damn, it's cool, 'specially for us old enough to remember when they were new.
And the GTOs..wow, they were the first cars, I remember in GT1, that I could tune and body kit and get over 250mph.

Tonight's updates:
  • 1983 Toyota Sprinter Trueno 1600GT APEX (AE86), 35,179 miles, 52,100 Cr.
  • 2007 Suzuki Swift Sport, 54,682 miles, 12,000 Cr. (the cheapest UCD car yet)
  • 2002 Daihatsu Copen, 60,679 miles, 13,000 Cr.
  • 1971 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG (HS30), 51,407 miles, 99,100 Cr.
  • 1973 Lancia Stratos, 52,139 miles, 495,100 Cr.
  • 2009 Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640, 56,219 miles, 315,800 Cr.
Nothing new sold out.

i ended up buying the fairlady, stratos and murcielago since i dont own any of the three... will tomorrow be updated with a new set of cars? just curious because nothing is sold out as of now so how would they swap out new cars

If nothing is sold out, there will be no new cars tomorrow.

The only reason why I didn't buy it is because I wanted an yellow one. For 770,000 Cr., it's a large discount on what is a really good car if you detune the engine a little bit to squeeze it into 700PP, and also capable of more than that if you want.

Does it handle better stock on latest patch. Took it out a few weeks ago and it was a mare for me too handle.

Are there recommendations for tuning it?

I'm being dead serious when I say "I only want cars from this list being added. Thanks"

I’m a bit disappointed that the Honda Civic EK Touring Car was the only RM/TC car to return from GT5/GT6. I was hoping we would see a few of the other ones too.
Don’t forget the S15 TC. I suspect we may get more as the updates come. I’d love to have the R32,33 &34 TCs as well as the RX-7!

Essentially, yes. That's why they mix used versions of Brand Central cars in I guess. They really shot themselves in the foot by setting 2001 as the cut off for new cars. I get why they did it, but really anything older than 2-4 years model dependent should be available as a used car, not 20 years. Then you'd have the opposite problem though, Brand Central would be empty.
Actually, all road cars from 2010 and before also appear in the UCD. So, BC and UCD overlap for 2001-2010.

Personally, I only buy pre 2002, not enough of a discount buying 'used' imo. Guess it compounds if buying every car available. Not overly fussed withe mileage as I know it doesn't effect the car performance or longevity, but like choosing colour. I know you can respray, but as that's not as easy as it should be, plus can't see colour on the car, but something random instead like the supra, ill just buy new instead. Particularly as credits are cheap, using afk script..
