I get your frustration, the issue affects us all. What I don't get is the need scream about things in such a manner, especially in a changelog thread.

The abuse of {size=} and {B} does no one any good, I equate it to getting all huffy and mad IRL, you will not correct the problem by getting pissed off, if anything it makes matters worse. I work with a guy that throws stuff when he's mad, I find it childish and unbecoming of an adult.

A calm, persuasive demeanor is much more effective in dealing with problems, expletives, yelling, capslock, etc. will be ignored by 99% of people.

Try conveying your ideas directly to those that can change them, Use Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and target PD and Sony management, and do so in a calm unrelenting manner, It'll be a better use of your time.

That was not screaming! Also a Sign! Hope someone of PD see that!

By the way! Do you have the number of KAZ or PD, so i will contact him and we talking about the bug!

I noticed with 4WD cars, you cant adjust the torque distribution by intervals of 1 anymore. Its been changed to 5. My R33 was 33:67 now its 35:65 after the update. All of my 4WD cars were changed. Why fix something that wasn't broken?

For those of you who wondered: contrary to the old one, the new Mercedes is NOT paintable.

That kind of sucks... also given that it's for a facing series, I'd have hoped for some Base Model style stickers or something, even just a door number?

I'm keen to see if Bathurst is less glitchy, the FPS drop really was taking all the fun out of that circuit.

Hi all,

In v1.03 i did some testing concerning the consequences of making a pitstop. You can read it below.
There can be no discussion on this bug, it exists and its really amateuristic by PD and Kaz.

I just did the Same test in 1.04 and can confirm the Same issues still exist in 1.04.

I've posted my findings already in another topic and i want to share my info with you guys as well.

I did some testing with a Friend and its really weird how lap Times change after performing a pitstop.
We are both experienced drivers and the following was concluded.

The test contains 4 cars (all gt300 and specific specs) which we drove for 6laps on racing normal tires.
Then we made a pitstop to fill the tank and get new racing normal tyres which we ran for 6 Laps again.
The track we drove was fuji GT with tirewear normal and no aids except ABS.

I tested the

- celica (Fr car): 1st stint 1.37.0 fastest and average 1.37 low/ 2nd stint 1.39.5 fastest and average 1.40 low

- subaru impreza '06 (4wd): 1st stint 38.2 fastest and average 38 mid/ 2nd stint 39.4 fastest and average 40 low

- re RX-7 '06 (Fr): 1st stint 37.6 fastest and average 37 high/ 2nd stint 39.4 fastest and average 40 low

- lexus is350 (mr): 1st stint 38.6 fastest and average 38 high/ 2nd stint 40.3 fastest and average 40 high

My friend tested

- lexus is350 (mr): 1st stint 37.1 fastest and average 37 low/ 2nd stint 39.4 fastest and average 40 low

- Re RX-7 '06 (fr): 1st stint 37.3 fastest and average 37 high/ 2nd stint 39.5 fastest and average 40 low

We also experienced the same issues in an event online when we drove the BMW gt2 base model for about 50 Laps on silverstone. Lap Times dropped about 2 to 3,5 seconds depending on the driver and their setup.

Tire wear and tire squeeling is also higher than before the pitstop.

I hope PD fixes this quickly and not only me i'm sure!

Looks like now they finally fixed the on-line lobby search system. Now, when you set to all regions without no filters, shows a lot of rooms (99 rooms here now for me), not just 5~8.

I can't conect to the server... and I'm in Brazil too.

Ferrari F430 still doesnt show gear but aero and new brake calipers are visible
BMW M5 '08 still shows completely random speed on head up display

I don't think the tyre pit bug thingy has been fixed.

Just did the 15 laps of Brands Hatch again in the 787B Stealth. I've done it a few times with that car before, and noticed the tyre bug happening before, and it's still happening.

Front tires were at 5 6 front and 7 7 rear before first pit.
At the end of the race the tyres were 7 7 front and 5 5 rear.

Plus my laptimes were slower - rain didn't help because there seemed to be a lot less grip with the RH tyres than from the last time I did that race, could just be me - so I think the answer is no, it's not been fixed. Sorry @Ittybitty Stigy
God dang it!:banghead::grumpy:

SMH. This is, disappointing. Its like they are trying to distract us. They are Oz. Pay attention to the shiny new x2014, but don't look behind the curtains, at all of the flaws we can't fix or the real content we promised but can't deliver.
Hey PD, how about you fix your broken, janky game, like crashing lobbies and messed up replays instead of trying to dazzle us with a stupid fictional car that most of us despise.

@amar212 , my guess is that the game aren't taking the fuel into account on the first stint. So when you do stop, the car becomes heavier, and this changes handling and tire wear. I also notice that on rain (up until 10% of water on track) this behaviour is much more less noticeable (something which I can't explain).

Weight increase is less of a disadvantage in wet conditions irl so this backs up your theory that the first stint fuel weight isn't taken into consideration, good theory 👍 So it's a first stint bug rather than an after-pit bug!

Interesting.

Because on rain, even after the first stop, I can achieve the same pace of the first set of tires.
