Thank you. I am going to try the Evora next as my friends and I limit our rooms to 500bhp. I will also try the Viper GTS when I can.Nonetheless, I will see what I can do mate đź‘Ť

Hope to find time to test the Golf tonight.
have a Hot Hatch tourney and need to work out if your Golf GTi turn will beat my Focus RS tune.
Thanks so much for you help mate.
Excuse me...may I have a setting of evo IX for drifting? I've been working on it for a long time :S
Thank you very much...
I have a 98 Elise 190 Sport that I used the 96 Elise settings for and it isn't too bad but, under heavy braking it still wants to rotate. I'm not sure if its an Elise thing, because I have other mr cars that don't exibit this trait as bad... The 190 weighs about 605kg and has about 40 more hp than the 96. Still works pretty well but it could just be me, as I haven't used any of my Elises too extensively.
Also, I'm hoping for a 22B tune!
Killed the Tuned Car and MR Cup against some Monsters at 303HP.
Can stick this Car anywhere.
Nice Tune
I assume you mean the 111R RM Elise right?
Yeh she can take down some stupidly powerful supercars on the right track!
Yeah. Thought I should mention that your LSD is the likely Culprit of the Squirrelyness under braking in my opinion. I did not use it and had no problems under major brake loading. I plan to try it out though and see as I should at least try playing with LSD's.
Tried your Viper tune @750 HP and liked as well (no LSD). Not as well balanced as your 111R tune, but does help tame the beast. Apexes required a lot more effort to settle the car properly and avoid understeer on exit, but overcooking corners still allowed you to pitch the car sideways to scrub speed and change angle of car searching for Apex without losing control. Found it to be a bit of a handful in the uphill braking section before Corkscrew at Laguna Seca, but not terrible or anything. Beat all but the 2J race car in the American Championship. I had been considering a Team Oreca Viper, but will stick with this and possibly compare them some day.
i wanted a challenge so i used your Lotus Elise 111R Race modified tune on the Gran Turismo All Stars race/ Expert and won!!!!!!! only too much downforce in the rear lowered alittle works great
In regards to the Elise corner entry it seems a bit Marmite, alot of people love it and some cant get on with it, I put it down to driving style, I brake in a straight line, coast the accelerate hard through the apex.
Im guessing you brake whilst turning-in the corner?
No. I am guessing my driving style is a lot like yours,? which is why I am loving your tunes. Braking Extremely hard and late. I will turn down under slight braking after mashing most of the speed out and try to get back on the throttle as early as possible, often before the Apex as Entry and exit speeds are where it's at.
I felt like I could mash the hell out of the breaks on The Elise tune and had to be at least a little cautious with the Viper leading into the Corkscrew.
I am making my way through all your tunes and the Evora was last nights Session. I made it a point to drive the car with the tuning parts equipped, but the settings not applied before applying them later so I could compare the two and hopefully learn a little about the tune process at the same time.
Most Notably, I felt that you dialed out a bit of unstableness all around, but especially on transition from braking to cornering. There was a little bit of a lurch or step out after lifting brakes and before turning in that was addressed as well as overall braking efficiency. You also dialed out some understeer that was bothering me and overall improved the balance.
Another good tune Thanks
My tuning so far has been limited to playing with spring rates and dampening to address over or understeer and I am curious about your front spring rate settings and overall dampening settings. I assumed you increased the front spring rate to help address front end push on corner exit and the rear aero settings/camber allowed good rear drive to enhance the improved forward bite? Your dampening settings were not set against the spring rate like I would have expected, but definitely worked.
HI Mike,
Used your Golf setting and they helped no end mate.
Still not as quick as My Focus RS but the extra weight the Golf is carrying really doesn't help it.
I popped the same setting on my RS and made that a lot better too. My simple lowering and and a little + Toe is nothing com paired to your tunes.
With the RS I did have to tone the LSD down a little as it's lighter the wheels where spinning up too freely so opted for something around the 20 - 30 - 14 and that seemed to nail it.
If I get more time I will possibly touch up the other settings for a lighter car with a touch more power. But I think this is a great base tune for my focus as well as the golf.
thanks again for you great help mate.
Cactus
Looking forward to apply your tune to my hard-to-handle Elise 11R RM tonight. One thing I cant find in your tuning specs, Roll bar settings?
He lists them as "ARB" or anti-roll-bar. In the case of the 111R it's 1 for both ends.
