It has been proven many times before. Those were just examples btw. Ask anyone who races FF cars in multiplayer. They are extremely well balanced and they dominate in FF rooms.

Easily available, easily tuned,...jury is still out on their dominance though as far as I'm concerned. Also Target PP can have a huge impact on what cars are better/more suited to that level.

Sure I'll make a wager, how about 5 paint chips, colors of choice.
That said unless one or more of the Integras wins this shootout by over a second or two I don't think it will really prove their dominance. Remember although there are 6 Integras in the shootout there are twenty total cars. As competitive as some of the tuners are I would have expected half or more of the field to be Integra (DC5) '04s if they were that dominant. They are popular and as premiums always available. But you have other years and earlier models as well that should have been just as competitive yet probably weren't used because they either weren't premiums or else the tuners didn't want to put the effort into locating them in the UCD.

That's how confident I am that one of the non-Integra cars will win it. My Accord was quicker than the Integra's that others have put in (especially with the times that the testers have put up) and I've heard of other cars quicker than what I ran so I'm pretty confident of where I sit.

Sure why not! Hopefully I won't have to eat my own words lol. Out of curiosity what were you running in your Accord? I am always interested in different cars that can match or beat the dominating ones. I too have noticed the big difference in what the testers are doing compared to my own Integra.

And you're doing a lot better than me, I haven't started…I've finished raVer's, Desperado's and Jackthalad's…Roj's one is barely at halfway (I have the car now btw, anyone need it?) and I'm lost as to how to review it……I've just started on shmogt's, but I'm stuck on that one as well……****ing jetlag is ****ing with my head…

450pp is an excellent pp for ff cars. i host a race series and we had run ff at 450pp no tuners concepts or racers and for 5 tracks every race was very competitive. honda usually dominates ff races but ultimately it comes down to driver and tune. i hope my car does well.
btw for that particular race series i bought about 8 or 9 ff premiums and tuned them to 450pp on sports soft tires and the integra stood out. every car was fully lightened semi racing suspension, close ratio tranny and power to suit. i still have a few up on my shared list if anyone is interested in them. lastly the renault megane is a massive disappointment, its too heavy

Well since I have a Focus sitting in my driveway at home I tend to be a bit partial to them. If I hadn't been able to get "Kermit" to perform like I wanted, I would most likely have gone with my RS though it probably would be better at about 515-525PP.

Just like I said earlier man your Focus is easy to drive fast. I will revisit that car down the road, great find.

With better tires my Tuscani would be a terror. It was a good 3-5mph faster on the straight than any of the other cars in my "Dirty Dozen". Just couldn't get it to grip well enough in the corners with the SS tires to take advantage of its higher speed.

The Celica trial is faster than DC5 1/2 second on GVS due to a few more grip and much more brake ( big diference).

I am going to try and review all 20 of the cars before the 16th, but I'm not promising anything. What I am hoping I can do tho, is create a review thread, where I can post the reviews, and just have a from here to there. It will allow me to keep things a bit more... organized, and help me keep track of what I've done so far, while also having an easy way to reference for comparisons once I'm done.
