Wallbanger's 1st annual million credit FF Summer Shootout!(6/19/11 final 7/17/11)

They were examples of what could be done to promote better variety. That is all.

My problem is that said "examples" do the exact opposite of what they try to promote.

Also, you'll notice I've not gone for the Integra, or any of the real "obvious" choices... Because I prefer to try and beat the obvious cars with something less so.

how does this work in the end, do all the times get added up and averaged? or is it which driver drove it the fastest? How is the winner chosen?

The testers times are averaged out & the winner is chosen off the fastest average.

Lol, sorry, couldn't help myself……especially as I've driven more of your cars than anyone else's. (50-ish to 10 at most) It's fast though…

It's everyone else you should say sorry to. You're meant to be an unbiased judge, leaving personal feelings at the door.

I'm tacking on 5 minutes to your time just for using a Volvo... :yuck:

I know, I got carried away there, and because I know more about your cars than everyone else's, I wrote a whole paragraph more of ranting after it...

CSLARC Thanks for getting around to my CTR. Im taking yours and other testers feedback serious and I'll look into the U/S and work on the Tune, it won't be updated here but in my Garage. I was 20hp less & under PP when released, had no chance to adjust the LSD for the added power, that would of addressed some of the U/S felt. Once people finish Testing my car in the Shootout they can check the progress on the car in my Garage. It will be improved upon for certain.

Thanks again to all Testers, Tuners, Organizers, & Administrators.

This is great for pushing the quality of all our Tunes :)

I've also ran a few entries & I have to say they are impressive. Great work guys.

I rather liked it, you just have to drive it differently. ;)

I had high hopes for this car, knowing it's grip on exits, and if performed nicely, very drive-able, just not fast enough to run with the Integra's, but a very enjoyable drive, number 1 on my driver's choice so far.

Holy Crap! cool!
I am glad it was enjoyed!

It seems some tuners still don't have their cars up, I've been trying to talk to d24689 on PSN, but he doesn't have his car up and keeps asking questions like I'm going to somehow steal his car I guess, not sure.
Cool-dude is another with no car.
VTiRoj may have told me to add a different PSN, so I'm not sure, no car on profile I added, roJJieE.
RJs_RX-7 - Rotary Junkie also may have mentioned another PSN, but I've lost it in the pages.
AlexBasilea I believe has no car up.
shmogt I'm not sure, might not have accepted my FR.
GTP_Mafiaboy I'm not sure, might not have accepted my FR.

Am I missing anybody?
I have Desperado's first run done, just making the creator wait. :P

Re-tested this car, the LSD is actually low, and the suspension is what makes it stiff, but if you coax it just right the gearing is excellent and allows this to run much faster than I had anticipated, just keeping constant under-steer in mind. Also pretty forgiving, I ran most every lap consecutively faster than the one before it, until I ran this lap.

Wow! Big improvement over the original time. Considering your a wheel driver I was not sure what would happen. I am just a poor worn out DS3 user and I run sensitivity at max. Thank you for the effort.
