I think PD are running out of hampsters to power their servers...
Oh, just to recap: 3 seperate traders in a row have had cars fail to reach me.
I've experimented with new and existing accounts/b-day glitch or not etc, and anything I send to myself or to other people gets through no problem.
That goes for cars/paints/parts.. I'm stumped.
And really, what the hell is up with 5 paints a day?

Every trade I've ever done has been the first trade of the day. Had many, many cars not arrive at their destination and many not arrive in return.
The people I've dealt with aren't scammers, I've checked their logs, and they're still PSN friends. There's something really wrong with the trading system on this game.
So I tried an experiment and sent myself a $50,000 Mustang. It showed up as a gift, I redeemed it, saw the car, it said drive now and I said no, thinking it would show up in my garage as cars normally do. Nope nothing, car just disappeared from that point. WTF.
It's all totally random. PD needs to address this and I bet their straining their brains trying to find a fix, as there's something seriously wrong.

yeah somethings wrong, I traded a Formula GT for an F10 with Smell my Helmut and I can quite clearly see that he's got one and from his emails I honestly believe he sent it. I don't really mind that I didn't get but i'm more frustrated with the system rather then not getting the car.

Just tested it and is five things for each sender (museum cards, paint chips, horns, cars) and only one car.
Tried one car, one paint chip, three museum cards, fourth museum card failed.
Then tried another account and sent a car and then four museum cards, fifth museum card failed.

Just happened to me. I recieved the car of the other person. But this person did not recieve my car. -.- I checked the logs and it really did not appear there. So I compared with yesterday, the log of another guy where I sent him a car and I was able to see that he recieved it. God, I hope this will be fixed soon and people are going to recieve their cars. -.-

Ofcourse I'd send the car I recieved back tomorrow.
Just got a message form the person i traded the Formula Gt with, and it showed up in thier garage today, so all is well - must of takan a few hours to update or something ?
I also did a trade just after midnight last night, i sent the car first, recived the the other persons car 2 minutes later - worked with no problems what so-ever.
I hope PD will look into this aswell, becuase when i traded the formula GT, it took me a lot of grinding and five days to find it, and if there is a chance cars like this getting lost - i am not going to be trading expensive cars at all now just in case.

Maybe it's just possible to trade a car each 24 HOURS. Ofcourse you can send it right after midnight, even if you just sent a car a few minutes before midnight. But the car may just appear 24 hours later, after your last car. I hope that's it and I'll wait today and check if the person is going to recieve my car.

PD should've known better that implementing gifting would mean trading. If their servers aren't stable, I doubt people would gift/trade from now on.

I never cheated, but stopped trading listening to your advertising. Someone said that legal trading, one per day, never stopped working.
Also there is a probability that someone is trolling us.
Things are a bit confused, and maybe this thread need moderation.
Wanna know it legal traders are having problems. But if are REAL legal traders, who knows?
I received a car today without problems, and sent one, filmed with cell phone. Waiting for confirm.

Legal traders? You cant cheat the system anymore, if you try to the servers will take the car... Keep it to one trade per day, make sure you send when both parties are online, and be sure that you are showing up in each others community list. You should have no problems if you follow the rules, but some people have experienced some issues...
But what does once per day really mean?
I traded a car at 10pm one night and it went through, the next morning at 8 am I tried sending one and it never showed up! The next morning I sent another one and it worked again.
So does once per day really mean once per 24 hours? or is it once per day according to PD server time? so maybe their servers think 10 pm and 8 am the next day in my time zone is the same day because it is in Japan? I am going to play it safe and trade every other day right now but that is a pain.

I havent tried to send more than one per day but i believe if you do it tells you... "You may only send one car per day..."
Before the whole "Cyberspace ate my cars" fiasco, the trade limit reset at midnight in your respective timezone. Im assuming this is unchanged, and i will test this theory tonight.

yes this is true if its the physical car, but it gives no such warning if its a car ticket! Before they messed with things there was no limit to trading car tickets, just the actual cars, but now it seems like they linked the car and car tickets together so you can only trade 1 no matter what form its in, problem is they don't warn you if your ticket won't go through, you just lose it.
I guess the easy answer is to just redeem all my tickets when I win cars but then my garage is full of crap I don't want... And then what is the point of the delivery truck???
Yea This Just Happen To Me I sent Two Cars Via Ticket Tried to Send a Physical Car and it Sent But Never Got Recieved Tried to Send Another Ticket and It Said Upload Fail I have Tried to Send It At Least 20 Times same Upload Failed Message. And I Look In Garage The Physical Car I sent is Gone From my garage but never got recieved this is sum BS.
