Great Racing guys.
The first 5 laps on Bathurst were the most intense laps ever in a racing game for me.
Kudos EH for that. Because of the DRS i could not get away neither could he. I needed to drive Time Trial mode to get a gap big enough. Was suprised I did not get in any wall. But he did unfortounatly.
After that it was just Gapmanagment i nearly messed up fuel again like in Le Mans because i wanted the 1.58 and burned a bit too much while doing so.

Brootal night. A lot of close contact from what I understand. ;) Not sure why I torture myself, but thanks for putting up with me.:D

Because @MannYhAvitZ asked, here is the UNOFFICIAL TIGER ENDURO DTM/GT3 POINT STANDINGS:

Good racing last night guys!! I was worn out after the first race, race two fml! So proud of the vette for holding its own! Sls put me in never never land again but had 15 awsome laps with manny trading paint(touchy time). Good times and a good turnout! This just goes to show tiger events r king in my book!

awesome racing last night!!!!

Suzuka race was a blast!!!!

2nd on the grid and I lost one place to FAN(?) during the start, tight positioning during the 1st lap until I spin myself out at the hairpin :boggled:, too much throttle and Mphile (you didn't bump me buddy 👍) was right behind me (close enough that his car image was bigger than the rear-mirror!! LOL)

found myself dead last or 2nd last something like that....

catching up on griff_theo.... toss him out on the uphill section, thus I waited for him, follow him til the double right hander and he went off again, I know it's because I broke his rhythm thus I waited for him again!!

we were about 1/2 a lap behind the group....

keep my head down and eventually I had a clean pass....

then some more battle and some more passing....

eventually caught up on Mphile, what a battle with this dude!!!!:cheers:

came home from dead last to 2nd, I can't care about Aveena, there's nothing a human can do when the alien is flying in his spaceship... hahahaaa.

Mt.Panorama was more like a disaster.. has couple laps of fun battle with Mphile (yup, him again ), then overshoot at the chicane...

found myself behind FAN, another couple laps of battle, DRS here and DRS there....

then I started to have bumper car....:crazy:

eventually came home 6th... :lol::lol::lol:

it was fun!!!

thank you Tjger!! thank you!!!!

I'm still working on my after race press conference.
Right now we're still airing out the Mt. Panorama Viper.
I smacked the wall in the down hill section and damaged the filler neck.
So the second stop I didn't take gas.
So the team had to make an old funnel work. "Splash-n-go" on the third stop? Yeah right. The filler neck was so badly damaged that some of the fuel spilled inside the car.

Luckily by the fourth stop the race was over.

To be hones I been waiting for that reporter that is always interviewing you!!

I want to know the questions and answers lol

As for me I am in awe that I was able to be competitive

I guess I still had the knowledge from Suzuka last year and as for Mt.P I was fortunate to be part of GTMX Endurance Race and it happen at at the same track, same laps, same GT3 class, with the SLS!

I was trying to go with Nissan, but good thing I decided to go with Audi:bowdown:

Overall great race!

Jules have you got a moment for the press?
Sure, ask away.
Great racing last night. Especially Suzuka.

Well as everyone knows. Suzuka is our home away from home. We enjoy the track, the country, and especially the fans. That's why we brought the Calsonic Impulse GT-R. A sort of we haven't forgotten our fans and to warm them up.

Qualifying. Not a great spot to start.
Ha,ha,ha, no it isn't, but tjger during the pre-race practice decided the backup car felt better to him. So we scrambled to get the car ready. First couple of laps were bad, but I told him. "The tires are still cold, push when you feel the heat."
Suzuka Circuit 2014_5.jpg

We were near the back, but as the tires came to life we started climbing up the field.

MGR.
MGR, Mean Green Racing. Yeah, that was a battle. We knew they would give us a fight and early on tjger gave it to them. On lap 11 we pass them during pit rotations.
Suzuka Circuit 2014_6.jpg

Then it was race and traffic. tjger got caught behind another Viper and the GT-R.
Suzuka Circuit 2014_9.jpg

tjger lost it on the last corner.
We didn't have a chance to hold off the charging Audi R8. Since we only brought enough oil for two cars. tjger's last stint was with a motor with 457 Horsepower. Holding off the Audi as long as we did shows our strength and the Viper's competitiveness.

Anything you would have changed or......
Bring more oil and enough water to wash a THIRD car. That car looked awful out there. I kept hoping for a rain shower. Ha, ha, Seriously no. The car ran perfectly and tjger put on a great show for the fans.

Jules as always thanks for talking with us and we'll get back with you on the Mt. Panorama race.
Take your time. We're still cleaning the fuel mess inside the car

In fact it looks like three.
The race was everything I wanted it to be. The car with the most mileage was the most competitive to drive.
I had one 3 second penalty. Passes looked clean to me.
Pit stops were perfect.

Suzuka, what can I say. Our home away from home.

What do you think?

Mean Green Racing or Mean Green Motorsports?
MGR or MGM

Ok where do I start, ugh! Teaching my father is driving me nutz a bit! He is way to fast in then all brakes and spins out for an hr tonight. Slow down learn the track I say, he says ok. Next lap crash, crash, crash, crash u get my point. I got him down to a lap 3sec off my time, I guess ok for first practice. Grand valley east we worked for our session, tuff track for a rookie. He will need driving line on for sure, no damage and no pit stops. We used rs tires no engine upgrades with a full tune and weight reduction to the max. This will test him for sure, he didn't have his traction control or skid because I stripped him of those bad habits. He will wreck u but it's because he is out of control right now, and I'm mean wow it's something to c. Him and ob would be good together, lol. That said I passed on ps4 for this because he needs work, but I'm itching for some driveclub this weekend!

Ok, work with him.
I should be back Sunday night, so yeah we'll Drive Club then.
Tune his BMW M4 Coupe car to 517PP, 446HP, 1497KG. A stock BMW M4 Coupe with an oil change.
That's the only requirements.
-Brands Hatch
-Monza
-Laguna Seca
-Red Bull Ring
-Nurburgring Type V 2 laps.

All other tracks including the five additional tracks where everyone votes for will be 5 laps.
6:00 PM EST. April 22nd

PCars is set for Mat 12th now.

Ok just need to get weight back on car, this will slow him down a bit, maybe that will help?

I would suggest learning the tracks with him. That's always key.
In fact I'll leave all the settings 'available.' TCS, ABS, etc.

Wednesday night its Cruise Night. Cruise Night with the BMW M4 Coupe.

part 2
So what's your thoughts on the Mt. Panorama race?
Ok, considering the crash. The car was a bit too stiff, but we figured it would loosen up as the race progressed.
Lap 18. The big crash.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_5.jpg

Yeah. A bad crash if there ever was a good crash. tjger hit the wall hard and we knew the damage would be permanent.

Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_6.jpg

As the laps went by he started complaining about a fuel smell in the car.
So on lap 21 we brought him in for fuel and tires. When we went to hook up the fuel line we noticed the filler neck was damaged. There was nothing we could do so we sent him back out. The team scrambled to find something to fuel the car with.
Lap 23 we called him back in and got some fuel in the tank and more in the car. It's a surprise the car didn't catch on fire.

So on lap 29 you brought him back in again.
Yeah by then the fuel was every where inside the car and we knew it was only a matter of time before the black flag came out. So we called it quits. Not a good day for us.
tjger started at the back and worked up to seventh.
Amazing that we got that result. He always finds a way to move up.

Now will the GT3 series return when Gran Turismo 7 racing season begins next year?
Definitely.
There's been talk about the car line up will change.
Yes. but at the moment I haven't heard what changes will happen.
Ok, last question. Will we see the #51 Viper Team Oreca run one more time before Gran Turismo 7?
Not sure, maybe some short exhibition races.
