Weather [Rain]

I think the PS3 is pushing it's limits. I saw a PS4 hardware demonstration called a million object drop, showing that it could process that many entities falling and colliding with objects on the ground. Hopefully future GT's will use this to produce cool raindrop effects, but wouldn't expect anything like that in GT5.

Hehe yeah, when you see those terrible frame drops/screen tearing I assure you the game "is pushing the limits of the PS3" (they said the same about GT5). They should lock the framerate so it stays constant (maybe not 60fps but 30 constant fps and V-sync). You should watch a GT5 reply in 3D with weather and time changes and a "Premium" car, it's unwatchable!, and it's pushing the PS3 to its limits!.

Haven't seen any of the promised real time weather/meteorological conditions... Maybe they get added later on with a patch?

The meteorlogical stuff is already there, you'll see videos of it online. Weather effects are there too.

Yes, but they are only implemented on the Lunar Surface. Unfortunately, with no atmosphere on the moon, we don't get to appreciate all of Polyphony's hard work.
Maybe some other locations should have been considered first?

Seriously though, they are good enough for PS3.
