Im enjoying this week. I didnt really enjoy the RX-7 last week.

Ive only ran 15-20 laps so far but I found a most excellent vehicle to do it in !!!
Im sitting at 376HP.
Im at 22.5 and 49.3.

This week Im going to pretend to be a FF car's front wheels turning, and having to deal with accelerating and also struggling for grip !!!

im gonna try the spoon CTR and the CTR and see if they can match my ITR time. Im quite proud of my ITR time at this point in time, though once CFM, Hugo, Tannis etc run im sure my proudness will disappear.

Had a run in the Teg with my DS2. Nothing clean yet, but pb splits are looking like:

21.296
47.4xx

I'm excited to have a go at this with the DFP, the pedals are going to help a lot, I think.

Oh, Small_Fryz, what settings are you using? I'll post mine as soon as the missus lets me have the TV :)

Honda Integra Type R

these are just mucking around i have no idea if its good or not

TCS 1 (doesnt make much difference with it off though)

adjust final ratio all the way to the left, then adjust the auto to the right. Then adjust the final to what you need, but never touch the auto settings.

It improves acceleration throught the gears a fair bit.

Ugh. I'm gonna get clobered this week.

Honda Integra type R

T1: '21.802
T2: '48.300

I've seen a 21.6 T1 but it was dirty.

changed my settings, got a faster lap by .120

T1: 21.532 (seen 21.0xx dirty)
T2: 47.222 (seen 46.8xxx dirty)

Plenty of room for improvement if i can get the stupid first corner nailed.

Azuremen
This week.. you gonna get clobered?? DId you see my TIME?!?!? T3 of 50.xxx!!!

Clobered like that, Azuremen.

p.s.
New clean times

T1: 21.598
T2: 48.124

I thought I had the first corner nailed. (I'm taking it at 125 mph!)

new update again. improved lap time by .100

T1: 21.531
T2: 47.259

Im interested to see what Hugo Boss, CFM and Tannis are gonna produce. I dont think i can go much faster from T1 to T2 with my current settings, i just wish the front gripped a little more then my T1 can come down by .3 or .4. Has anybody checked out the time posted on GT3 times at deep forest reverse in a FF car, the first non xsara is a CTR with a very nice lap time indeed.

Did about 10 laps last night in the Spoon Civic:

T1 22.626

T2 50.115

Not sure how much more I can get out of it. Under breaking she turns in beautifully. But as soon as I get on the power, I have really severe understeer. Does anyone have any settings or ways of stopping this. If I can reduce the understeer under acceleration, I could improve my lap by at least a second!

took the CTR out for a strap, got t3 of 48.1xx clean and 47.7xxx dirty (cut first corner) the CTR feels faster than the ITR but its not, its about 1.5 seconds slower for me anyway. i Have no idea how that guy at gt3times in the CTR got that time at deep forest reverse. its 2 seconds faster than what i can do in the CTR.

I need settings for this car, i will edit this post with my ITR settings that i used for my last update

EDIT!!
Reached my goal, will now wait to see what CFM and Hugo Boss post

T1: 21.145
T2: 46.748

I think a good thumb (for us poor ds2 users) or a good foot for the lucky SOB's with wheels is better than TCS

I took the Integra Type R,
T1 : 22.051
T2 : 47.789
and I have got a better time(...but I don't know if it's clean or not)
T1 : 21.594
T2 : 47.828

While I'm racing the ARC, I just drive the WRS for fun and relaxation. Tried out the 480 HP Honda ITR and found it neither fun or relaxing. :yuck:

Instead I'll follow Cyril's great suggestion and drive the Mini, trying to improve on my Week 77 result.

I'll wave, when you pass me. :D

👍 👍 👍
To be honest I didn't start practising yet and I was considering using a "normal" car. Since I'm not the only Mini anymore, I'm jumping back into my 1275cc monster to try and keep the 0.099 second advance I had back in week 77. :sly:

I hope that you'll wave when I pass.

I feel the same,no ITR or Civic this week.
already testing a fully tuned purple Maniac Mini.

flat-out
I hope that you'll wave when I pass.

I'll wave. I'll shout. I'll strip. Yes, I'll do anything to distract you. ;)

Edit. BTW does any of you Mini Maniacs have the ultimate Mini settings?

Check week 77,Niels.
I use Ron's settings.

👍 Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. :dunce:

With Ron's settings in the Mini:

Great fun. Now I just need a little more speed. :D

We both submitted a 51.7 T2 back 25 weeks ago. I hope rust didn't have the same effect on me that it had on you ;)

Edit :
Best T2 after 4 laps is 52.7 :scared:
I'll have to work on it this week-end.

has anybody used my settings for the ITR? Are they any good?

ITR
T1=21.663
T2=47.599

T1 into the mid-high '20's seems possible, just need to remember how to drive these damn things!
