I've got three cars under 50 now, and one of them's a road car with standard settings...!

T2 Leaderboard was just updated and I added different colors for each division so it is easy to see where you stand overall and in your division.

Barbol, I could not find what division you are in.

hey tuff I beat my ole time by 2 more tenths

now 49'423

just more work for you ;)

edit: you didn't even update my ole time!!! :grumpy: j/p nice work on it

edit (2): playin around with setups, I found one real promising. I'm stickin with my car, even though my t2 didn't improve much, my lap after the t2 improved a whole second  I won't be doing much more till sunday, goin away tonight GL guys! so far: 49.387

Great job on the leaderboard Tuff, and I like the idea with the colors. THose times are getting down there. I sure dont see the 46's MAX E got, that is insane.

If your computer stores pages, you may have to refresh the page to see the updates.
That is just a reminder for everyone, not necesarily trying to single you out TriplePlay.

Is there going to be 2 leaderboards in this? MRS vs the rest?

i suspect there is a better car anyway. autobacs was just the first one that popped into my head and the results were uncontestable. new test session when i get home 👍

Max E.

The Clio Race also hits right at 2.6.
Gotta be careful though, I checked it and 2.601 came up, with in 14 miles of break-in I had gone up 1 hp and went below 2.6

However, without an oil change it might work well. :D

Also, I ran my RGT a minute ago.
Hard, but fun.
Came down to (don't mark this down tuff ;) ) 48.4
Still plenty to come off that and I would think 47.4 is possible for a better racer than me (or maybe I just need more time :mischievous:  )

Any way,
Back later, but keep working at it everyone!

I also found the RGT to be a good performer and got it within 5 tenths of 48. I dont think my setup was very good at all, and I only did a few laps. At the beginning of the race I thought it would be the top contender, along with the rally cars. That was until the little MR-S came along:scared:.

there was no other suspected car. i was just messin with youz

really there was only one choice right from the start. low weight, good power, great handles, low torque, bottom feeding gearbox, MR config. it was meant to be from the moment i saw the challenge. i was just worried it wouldn't qualify due to weight to power ratio.

well, have fun everybodies 👍

Oh! I didn't even think of that car.
I might drive it just because I like it and not care about my finishing position. :D
I should be good for a 49.4 if Kent can get a 48.4. :ouch:

ialso ran some rg-t for fun. but i knew it wouldn't compete in the overall and thay's my game this week.

there should always be a street class and a race car class in these weight to power ratio events. the street cars simply can't ever handle as well as the race cars.

Just bettered my lap time by .3 over my 48.0 T2 lap with a mid 48:ouch:. So there's at least a half second lying around for me yet. Still about 3 tenths left before I meet my time goal.

I added cars to the T2 leaderboard.

Same as giving out your T time info, totally optional on your part.
I must have felt kind of bad for Banjobear in last spot with-out an obvious reason..........lol.

New best T2 at 48.8

It seems to me that it will be my submitted time. My weekly time this week is gone :grumpy:

I see that I'm not in "Weekly Race Series. Driver Classes" thread. I'd must be in Div. 2

Gawd I love the Weekly!

Thanks for doing such a great job Kent. 👍 And thanks to everyone else who still participates.
I still can't believe that it's lasted 78 weeks.

No need! I expect any time I submit to be posted, no matter how slow. :) I often submit times that are quite slow to OLR, just to keep myself in the habit of participating. :)

Also, I lull NielsG to sleep with a succession of slow times, then wham!
:dopey: I blitz right by him one random week leaving him wondering what's happened :dopey:

Thanks B.

It does indeed mean a great deal to me that you are happy with the races.

I also want to  for all the members who still put in such great efforts to race and contribute.
For a long time now participation has been great.

At risk of sounding like a communist, I dub this series:

The People's Racing Series

Because that's what it is.

You guys are the heart of the series, so thank you.

Since I got to the gtp and started racing I wanted to start racing series.
(boom, you may remember my inquiry regarding a touring car series just before the weekly was created? :D )

Well thanks to boom and all of you, I can actually create and take part in a great racing series.

So thanks again.

Enough for now,
Back later this week.
Cya.

LMFAO!!

Tonight was my first session in the Autobacs and the first time running this track in reverse. :embarrassed:

Best T2: 48.442 (with a terrible 3rd sector)

T1: 0'26.350

T2: 0'50.412

I'm running a Pagani Zonda C12.

Now that I actually saved the replay to obtain the sectors, I think everything will be safer.

But I just bought the car and already put 106.6miles of WRS-Week78 runnin' on it. So i'll continue to update my sectors as I continue to update my times. :)

 Ain't gonna happen this week, banjo. :D Just haven't had much time till now, but I'm starting slowly. This first sessions I drove the Sub Proto, hoping I could get it over the 2.6 limit. Then link posted the Autobacs and I switched over right away. After first session I'm around 49.7xx, but expecting to go much lower, so I haven't checked the replay for the precise T2.

EDIT: Nice little car the Autobacs. :) Short session: T2: 48.825 clean.

what is pwr im new to the wrs and i dont know and what it t1 t2 and t3 cause i dont know that either thanks

PWR = Power to Weigth ratio, you must have AT LEAST 2.6kg pr. Bhp.

The tracks are usually divided up into 3 or 4 sections where T1, T2 and T3 if there's four sectors is the splits of the track..

To find the PW ratio, you have to go into your garage, and select the car you want to find the PW ratio of. Then, move over to the SPECS circle and select it. On the bottom of the chart is a cloumn that says PW.

The car everyone seems to be using to get the lowest times is the Autobacs MR-S with a stage 1 turbo. If you are looking for an alternative, the RUF RGT is a good choice.
