Time submitted. No improvements. I must say I'm glad this wall-madness is over.

See you in the next one. :)

I will admit I lost interest in this last thursday. Prior to that I must have run 300 laps. I hadn't played GT3 in months so that was hard to readjust to (way different than the GT4 demo and even Gt4p). I also decided to ween myself off of the analog stick for throttle/brake and even bought a new DS2. All of which kinda made a R34 @ Monaco harder than it should be.

I never imporved my time from the one I posted Tuesday night. I read alot of the posts and worked on my line in especially Massenet and Tabac. I felt I learned alot, I had some much faster T times but never could better my 30.9/1'19.9 overall. I did learn alot this week, I suppose that is something to take away from this humbling experience.

Great series you have here guys. Wish I would have joined it about a year and a half ago.

Got ill again saturday night :ill: (did you poison me, Jan :odd: We had lots of fun and some nice racing 👍 )

So I had no opportunity to improve again, but I did some serious racing last week and I'm happy with my final time.

Final splits:
T1: 28.962
T2: 1'17.132

Time sent, see you in next week's race :dopey:

Hey everyone.

Glad to see so many of you sticking with it even though the combo had its problems.

Not to worry though, I promise next week will be better. :D

As usual the suggestions box is open (in the suggestions thread lol).

So please head over there if you would like to put in some final input for what car to use on the track.

If I may say though, nearly anything will be fun on this track. 👍 :D

I will be back again later tonight to post the next race and pending on my intoxication as well as the time, I might be able to get the results up tonight.

However, I wouldn't plan on the results tonight since the deadline is midnight and usually by then I am temperarily stuck in my location.

Hope to hear from you all in the suggestions thread.

So,
Until next time,
-

A track that i like, but i hate to drive...

My T1 - 29.557:tdown: (PB 29.1xx)
T2 - 1'17.932(PB 1'17.7xx)

If i had more time i sure whould improve...

easy to lose half second on the last turn....:ouch:

Expecting a top 5 again...:)

Hugo your final time must be arround a x.xx.5xx or less!??!👍

Time submited

k2racer
only played an hour or so for this one
had no fun
submitted though instead of chickening out

1) only half an hour for me (12 laps)
2) no fun either
3) so did I

who'll be the last div 2 driver ?

Getting a decent T1 is really pissing the hell out of me. I've been trying off and on all afternoon to string together a clean fast lap but something always goes wrong. I really hate this combo right now. I just pray next week will have a car with outstanding handling...

One more try later tonight.

Time submitted. Not that happy since I knew I could have had a better overall lap. Will hopefully be in the top 5 though.

Personal best of 29.297 and 1'17.855, but submitted 29.443 and 1'17.940 since this was my fastest clean lap.

I liked this combo : it's fun driving the R34 with no asm and tcs on this track. :)

Only spent about two hours on this early in week and never got back to it... slow time submitted rather than no submission...

Final time about to be submitted. I can now go to sleep a somewhat happy man, knowing that at least I was able to better my previous best. It doesn't look like a podium is in the cards for me this week.

Ah crap. I forgot about this week until a half hour ago. I only got in a half-dozen acceptable laps (not very good ones, really)... and now my wheel broke. Bloody POS. The buttons don't work properly, and the top of the wheel broke off. All I can say: Never buy Madcatz. Anyway, my T2 was somewhere in the 1:21'xxx area. I'm not gonna try to better this time with the DS2, as I haven't used it for Gran Turismo in about a year and a half.
Oh well, there's always next week.

Nice splits, Thurzo 👍

When you don't overestimate me, I'm under 1'4x.5xx :sly:

I played Prologue too this week-end : my son (6 years old) had broken my best time on lesson 23 and it took me a lot of time to take it back (his time : 9.276, my new best : 9.266).
I updated my time on .DE, and I'm now 102 points ahead :sly:

I have 2 or 3 others improved times to submit but I don't know them by heart. That should secure my position for a few weeks ;)

Congrats!

My son is 18 months, but if my DFP is in the room turning the wheel with great enthousiasm...Boys are boys! My daughter of 4 is only interested in the colour of the car i pick! should be red or pink or purple..... :ill:

My daughter (2,5 years old) is interested in watching the races but she drives like $h!t (my first son was much better at the same age).
My other son (16 months) just doesn't care except when he's left alone long enough, then he grasp the DS2 and tries to bite the pads and buttons.
