Weekly races clear .
What was more easy than i thought was Glen .
On 787, RH tyres ,fuel management without stop and easy ride .
Eiger with Speedster at 518pp as it was two weeks ago was easy and enjoyable.
Thank God tomorrow is a big day for me cause we're moving to our small BUT OUR house across the island and a new chapter begins.
Gt7 can wait for couple of days and i don't mind at all.

The crappy part gave a 5 stage weight reduction but for a car that am not interest at all.

6* finally gave me an expensive car Audi TDI 11 that worth 3 million!!!.
Didn't sell it but worth over a million which is always an option if needed.

Have a good ride weekly warriors .

Since everybody is hating Eiger again, I have to throw in my opinion again...

Great race at Eiger, 500PP is just perfect for that track...unfortunately the pay out is too low and the race is much too short for my taste...
Everyone's hating Eiger again because of the word "again" 😂😂

I really enjoyed that first TT with the volvo because it was new

Now I'm completely over it, bored bored bored bored bored bored bored bored bored bored reverse bored bored bored

So many tracks yet this is in the "five" weekly challenges again, it's almost like the geniuses at PD have looked at a spreadsheet and said "oh this has only been used 10 million times since March 2022, we should use it again"

It's a good track but it's boring now.

Ain't no way it's Eiger again... Fun week otherwise though, the two 700 PP races are really easy with cars well under the PP limit so there's a ton of stuff you can use, Daytona is at a lovely time of day too, shame Barcelona is the layout with that terrible chicane. Gallardo race was easy with a stock car, the AI with their modified cars are slower down the straights apparently. Watkins is always an interesting one because the fuel usage is always pretty low so tuned road cars don't have as much of a disadvantage, used a tuned '19 Supra and won with a stop at lap 5, fun combo with that car.

This weeks cars:
full

Uninspiring with those two parts tickets but at least I won a car I didn't have yet, Mini VGT.
Eiger: Easy win with my mildly modded E36.

Tokyo was another easy win with this twitchy Lambo:
Tokyo Expressway - East Clockwise__1 by 2cam16, on Flickr
The Glen with my now 800pp regular, the 787. Easy win,no stops on RH. Lapped everyone except for 5 of them. lol

SVG made a guest appearance at Daytona since he races NASCAR nowadays. lol Easy win:

By the time Catalunya came I just wanted to get it over with so used my RSR. Easy win. I'll return with something less lethal tomorrow:

On days like these, I have to admit, I've enjoyed the Eiger race as it is best suited for low pp races.
All you need to do, is get in your car:

Have a cigarette hanging from your mouth, stick on your sunglasses, and drive.....

Unfortunately , much like Rossano Brazzi entering a tunnel, you're about to get SHAFTED... ;)

This time I took a more serious approach - hard mode & respecting PP recommendations. Still not much of a challenge since every race except the Gallardo one was a first try win.

Race 1: Eiger - Lancia Delta Integrale @493.7PP
Not much to say here. The Lancia is a great car for this track. And it sounds absolutely amazing!

Race 2: Daytona - Tesla Model 3 @691.9PP
I really start to like the Tesla. It does everything very well and the acceleration is absolutly insane! Just wish we could get a higher top speed - and a better sound😆 Very easy victory!
1000015098.png

Race 3: Tokyo - Lambo Gallardo @663.72PP
This was the hardest race for me and took me 3 attempts. I was on SM tires and the car is very slippery on this track. Also the AI seems to like to crash into you and spin you out. But at my third attempt I passed the guy in lead on the last corner and took P1😎

Race 4: Barcelona - Porsche 911(964) @698.73PP
I don't like this track much but with a quick and snappy car like this Porsche it's ok. Easy win.

Race 5: Watkins Glen - Mazda 787B @799.16PP
As @smoothbore12 said, this is a great car for this race. With RH tires and FM3 there's no need for a pitstop. I rarely drive this track and therefore don't know it very well and there was still a 36 seconds gap between me and P2.

Overall this was a quite nice set of races!

So what did I get? Was it worth it? Well:

I feel like PD is not just trying to feed us new tracks (Eiger!) but also VGTs. But since it's a Ferrari and it has a cockpit view I may keep this one.

Weekly challenges are fun when you can cheat. I used a de-tuned Audi R18 TDI for the Schwartzwald League race ( hey, its under 700pp )
Won by 12 seconds.

Parts ticket - Stroke up kit for 02 Acura NSX
Car ticket - Renault RS 01

Completed all 5 on Hard difficulty, now with pictures!

Euro Sunday Cup: I honestly think this is the best race we have seen at Eiger thus far. A stock 2.7 Carrera RS was perfect, passing the lead E36 M3 out of the uphill carousel on the final lap.

USA Clubman Cup: Another favorite event of mine, so I pulled out my Viper GTS-R replica build and to be honest, it was overkill at 732pp, but very fun. Easy win.

Gallardo Special Event: Fairly easy win with my stock Gallardo on RHs. Passed the leader with over a lap to go.
20970146828680485.jpg

Schwarzwald League: I grabbed my 996 GT3 RSR replica at 700pp. Another easy win in the same vain as the Daytona race. A bit overkill and will probably retry in something less racecar.

WTC800 at the Glen: This is genuinely one of my favorite events in the singleplayer career. I wanted an IMSA GTP experience this time, so I pulled out my 962 in Dyson Racing colors and walked it on FM2. I was a bit nervous in traffic losing time to Portillo, but ended up winning by over a minute with no stops. Again, very overkill, but I will be returning with some different, more equal machinery.

You get a shaft, I get a shaft, everyone gets a shaft!

@:
Got 2nd driving a Mini Cooper in the 1st race and the last 3 were all easy using a "Superleggera", RGT and the Genesis GR3.
Daytona race, just like all the rest of the American Clubman races, you are either 10 seconds ahead or 10 seconds behind. Using a Corvette ZR1 I got the lead on the 2nd lap. Using something more normal like a Focus or Camaro wasn't enough to catch up the AI Corvette or Vipers, but tuning them just a bit, without overtuning for this race, makes them too fast again.
Favorite car for this week is definitely the RGT!

Looks like I'm not the only one who found the new races fairly easy. The Gallardo Special's been the most difficult by far with me trying to completely avoid any contact.
I kept my cars well within the suggested PP levels, however, I wasn't in the mood for searching the ultimate challenge this time around. Hence I had 5 clean wins, at the first attempt each.
My prize car's been the LMP 1 Porsche - I sold it right away.

Race 1 at Eiger Nordwand

A fine weekend everyone - get comfy with your new home, @smoothbore12 ...

🙋‍♂️

Wow, another week of the Eiger in the mix but as mentioned above it's good for the lower PP cars. As always I will start with race 5 and work my way to the left (easier) races.
Race 5 @ Watkins Glen
Jumped into my CLK-LM and dialed in FM6 with RH tyres for a nonstop run.

Race 4 @ Barcelona
Stayed in the CLK-LM, changed tyres and easily made the run.

Race 1 @ Eiger
At first shot I jumped in my DB5 with the Goldfinger theme in my head, making the tight turns.

but then I switched to the lightweight E-Type to run on this mountain pass.

Getting a little air off the bump in the road, all in all it's been a good weekly race collection.
