Weekly Race Series, Week 35

ive tried a few cars on ahr forwards (need to unlock backwards) and so far ive got a lap time of 1:15:xxx
so i will try this car on ahr 2 when i get home from school

thinking that 4WD would be the way to go last night, I tested a few, and judging by the comparison of my times against what's posted above , I reckon I'll have to move on to something MR/FR tonight.... I'll have a think...

Yeah, better times coming in later on; I suppose (only first day of racing; I can't expect my position to stay intact so long...). My times are bound to improve (as is my current setup on this car; So far I have the gearing all squared away and the Ride height. Now comes the hard part...)

Wooo! Sounds like a intriguing race this week!!! I tried racing a Renault Clio and it doesn't seem to be holding up to Tofu's times. The Toyota Altezza and Puegot 206 didn't have enough beef. I have a couple of cars in mind that I think will go well. We will see!

You can't excede the 2.2 power to weight ratio even after the break-in period.

Imporved my overall time by about 1.2seconds

yes, 1'02.x sector times are pretty quick, but mine will almost indefinitely get better (not at the moment, as I am sitting here typing this message before typing class begins...). Good luck to anyone who is racing during the day.

Well I should get in a few laps with this race. No promises though.

However, I do have some suggestions.

Zonda c12s
Tuscan speed 6 (my personal choice)
rgt (pros only as it's rr)

Those are three to check out.

I should mention that the p/w limit makes it so all cars can compete.

So if you wanna see an rx7 or a supra take the title, go for it.

I would run the lime green supra, but it's a prize car and thats a no go.

And just to remind you guys, No lotus elise motor sport!

Its a tuned racer.

Last time we ran this track was with the Calasonic and I did really well so I have some good track time. and to top it off I'm using one of my favorite cars

Back with an improved time latter

Just curious Noojra, you did catch the part about "No race cars" right? I missed that one as I was beginning my test laps. Got all excited when I realized i could buy a Tom's Castrol and a Team ORcea Viper.

My latest time (judging by my increase in T2 times I'd say another half-second can come off of that at the very least). BTW, there are some very fast cars that fall in the specs set by boombexus, Der Alta. I, for one, am using an extraordinarily quick car that can be bought at the dealer but you're not likely to find on the road - not in New England at least (I have seen it though, and what a beautiful car it was...).

I was going to attempt this with the X4, but I couldn't get the p-w below 3, so gave up at that point. Couldn't believe that the power of this car is so low weven when fully modded, but such is life.
