Well, I'd like to throw another car into the mix. THought I'd try a bit of a japanese flavour tonight, so started off with the ususal Supra, R34 GTR. I found that these while having decent amounts of power, were down on the lap times. The supra was very controllable, but it lost too much speed in drift. It was too busy sliding sideways as the zonda ghost powered off out of the exit of corners.
The next car I tried was a bit of a surprise to me, as I don't nromally take it out for a spin, and I thought it would probably be a slow car too. To my surprise, the NAX Type R was a very nice car to drive. Easy to control, and happy to go where you wanted it to. I think this has to be the easiest car so far to drive. It has enough grip to not be spinning the wheels, yet it also does not require you to slow down to an almost halt to get through the corners.
Although the overall lap time was a little down, I felt that it was a much better all-round car, and much easier to drive, and given a little more power (or better driver), that it could event beat the other faster (currently) cars. Lap tims for the NSX Type R...

T1 - 0'21.148
T2 - 0'48.012
T3 - 1'00.807

Sheesh! I'm running the Zonda C12 and that's what I'm posting for times. I'm having a 🤬 of a time with this track. It's not my fave by far  All those blind corners coming up over the hills. Hopefully a better show next week. :( Cause this one kicked my butt.

Sucky time submitted....

Have seen T1s at below 21, and T3s at sub 1s where T1 was 21+. None of which emerged into clean laps....

Talk about fast times; I just got my fastest one yet and beat m y previous record by .2-.5 seconds (I forget what it was...). Anyway, here are my T times:
T1: 0'21.152
T2: 0'47.997
T3: 1'01.696
W/P: 2.268

See everyone at the finish line...

I'm not going to make this one I just had my account activated yesterday I'll look foward to seeing you alll in next weeks race :) :)

Welcome hucker. Next weeks race will be posted up later tonight.
Since your left your location blank, that could be morning for you. ;)

Tonight at midnight. Mountain Standard Time, USA

Good luck to everyone :)

This was a cool race, but I couldn't run it unfortunately due to other racing priorities (BC3), and the recovery time which came with it  I will be back for next week though :mischievous:

:banghead:

I knew I forgot something. Now I'm gonna have to drive home and then drive all the way back to work tonight to post the results and next weeks race.

Grrrrr.

Well the best car I could drive this weekend at Apricot was the Tuscan Speed Six with a p/w of 2.213

T1: 0'21.076
T2: 0'48.116
T3: 1'01.639

fun race though, I liked it, but I do better with racing cars :)

Heinrich, which division did you qualify into? I don't see you on the qualification list, so I'm a little bit intimidated by that time (seems comparable to mine, faster T1, slower T2, and a barely faster T3 time; I can't wait to see how this one turns out...)

Hey Boom I tried your advice and they worked like a charm :D
the car handles alot better now.

New T's

20.704
46.968
59.926

I dont think I did the last section as well as I could so I'm gonna keep trying

[Mr. Burns]Excellent.

Glad they worked out for you noojra. How much time did you take off by using those setting ideas?

T3 of 1'01.1 was the best I could do this week with the xj220.

Had a low 1'02 with the RGT.

Hate to miss a week, but I'm leaving for Japan. See you in week 37!

I'm on the 2nd division(which is amateur I think), I got the best time in the division according to the list that boom sent me.
