It spazzed on saving as a jpg. But the sectors are in order clockwise. And it says quite a bit right off the bat...

Edit: Tidied up.

I dont think I even wanna get involved, but man oh man is this lookin bad.

The only thing holding my judgment on this is the fact that I haven't seen with my own eyes how well mr. p takes the 5th section.

If there are no errors, my mind will be made up. :(
If P's car slows down somehow, it is possible that hienrich could have gone into the straight at a slower speed and come out at a faster speed.

Fact is, unless P actually lets off the gas or slides un-naturally, the time gain would be impossible under racing regulations.

If P did error, anything could have happend.

Im not gonna look into it any further as I know that max has already thought this and looked a P's replay.

Mr. Boom,
Good luck with this one.

Hienrich, good luck to you too. ;)

Yeah, Im sorry for even suggesting this stuff. It sucks.

But sometimes the cookie will crumble and no one will like it.

Fact is. Hienrich is innocent until proven guilty in my book.
And right now, there's nothing more than suggestive evidence.

Going into the straight slower and coming out faster.

That looks bad, but who knows. This is the last Im saying, for real.

Hienrich, we have raced for some time now, so I wish you the best. Good luck in this.
(although I must admit that it looks like you submitted a dirty lap.)

Me too. I've had the same run of Ron's since Wednesday. But, as per the etiquette HT posted earlier, I will not air my thoughts in public. Just the facts, ma'am.

Actually, that's an interesting point - and one in occasional discussion at the 'Times.

Is someone who submits a possibly fake time innocent until proven guilty? Or does the act of submitting a time to the database invert that, and make them guilty until proven innocent...?

Daan, thanks for making that effort to get it into wav

Now, I must say, P has an excellent control of this car, very good run btw

And about the famous sector 5....I noticed P taps the brakes a little bit before the 2nd turn of the S turn, what I did on that part was taking off throttle a little little bit instead of braking, and then I almost had same trayectory as P did.

P, try to take that part by just letting off a very very little bit of throttle, that's what I did.

gone into the straight at a slower speed and come out at a faster speed.

I don't think that you can show that from the sector times. I'll get into it more when I get home and put up my sector times.

wow, I enter these races for fun I would never post a bad or sloppy run time (as you all can tell be my times kinda slow ),but I am glad I bought an X-port for hybreding just in case someting like this happens to me.Then I could just post a file no problem no hassles no questions.I just hope no one would cheat just to make them selfs look fast that would be a case of total lack of self worth

I know, but if you want to excel yourself and perform out of your limits, you must start getting fast no matter what many are going to say to you. Just keep it legally fast and that way you'll be going way faster than you think you can ;)

Get rid of that mentality and start putting on some good laps, and yes, keep it real and legal

ok, i edited all of my posts to "..." in light of the fact that Mr P. tapped the brakes, my view on heinrich's sector time has changed.

while i still am personally quite sure he mowed the lawn, the evidence no longer merits a conviction beyond the shadow of a doubt.

i too merely lifted through the s turn on the 5th sector. i flamed through it though and still was not as fast as heinrich's 5th sector even though i went into it faster.

HOWEVER, this does not mean it was impossible to pull the time in the sector that he did. had i been aware that Mr P. had tapped the brake, i would have gone about it differently, and without the benefit of my own replay, his were the only sectors to go off.

now just so it's nice and sparkling clear, i STILL think he cut the grass there but now instead of 100%, i'm only 50%. he could possibly have just gotten lucky and gone through the sector as fast as humanly possible. i just don't think that's what happened. i THINK he mowed the lawn.

but thinking and knowing are two different things, that is why i have changed my stance i heinrich's run.

for the record, here is a comparison of heinrich's sector 4 and 5 on his run and mine from my 1'41.177 (which actaully appears to have the tiniest off on the inside coming out of the kink at the top of the hill):

sector 4: H - 5.666, M - 5.590
sector 5: H - 5.600, M - 5.731

in comparing heinrich's run with mine own, again there is a considerable disparity between our sector 5 times. i did not hit the brakes slowing only to a minimum speed of 147 mph wth full throttle after the lift (which reduced my speed only 6 mph) i screamed through after doublessly going in faster than heinrich (as indicated in his 4th sector time). while i find this doubtful and still believe there was an infraction on heinrich's part, this now falls short of proof in my opinion. i is no longer a smoking gun and i'll only move forward with a smoking gun.

this is why back channel is how cheating should be handled. not in the open board. Mail that memory card to Boom. ASAP

i don't understand mich. does your post imply that he is now fully exhonorated and verified?? i'm afraid that's far from the case here. i just have to act prudently since i can't prove anything 100%. this does not mean heinrich is verified by any means. if heinrich wants to be verified, he needs to send his mem card to somebody or purchase a replay device. if he can't, he will ALWAYS be in the shadows.

woah dude, now slow a lil bit, I have other games too in there and I'm playing them too, and trusting the mail service in here, since they "lost" a 150$ dollars check for me, no way...

What do you think my quote means? Max E. It means get your run reviewed by the race admin now and clear your name, HeinrichII. You don't want any doubts as to your honesty. Clear enough?

yes but since I have a brother that also plays some games and has info too, it won't happen...life isn't that easy to solve you know...

In the end... who cares guys? This isn't like a Boards Challenge, or a TORC series... something that truly requires everyone to be 100% clean WITH REPLAY.

I never thought of the weekly race series as a COMPETITION, to me it was always something to have fun. And in the end, if someone does cheat, they are only cheating themselves. <-- Not implying anything here.

Just let it go Max, it's not like his time is being posted up at GT3Times or Racing-Line. It's just a weekly race series here at GTP to have FUN. But Heinrich, if you plan on racing seriously in the future, I suggest you get yourself an Xport, or you wont get very far.

Mail the card. I have 5 cards. Or I'm with Max on this one. Its your reputation at stake. If you compete in OLR then you have to be prepaired to do what it takes to prove your times.
