Would love to see the beastly Chevy Dekon Monza Race Car of the mid to late 70's.. These gave the infamous Porsche 935 K all they could handle and smoked the rest!!

Remember, those cars had old technology it was good in those days but today suspension and technology has changed, is why I would like to see those older cars in gt7

maybe nostalgia ?...........a new dimension to a game mainly evolving around as you say modern tech, but look closely, as todays F1 cars are not that different apart from the materials they are made of - especially around the drive train/suspension?

Go on JR have a stroll down memory lane.....you might like it :)

JR imagine this………..you're in the Lotus 49 at Dragon Seaside half way round the lap , you head down towards the seafront, the early sun glistening on the shiny chrome suspension springs, you hit the brakes hard & head a sharp right towards the double chicane hitting the curbs bouncing those springs up & down shaking you & the whole car, you got your lines right & still have the 4 wheels intact before entering the underpass, the V8 engine roaring even loaded with each pot having its own carburettor, the noise is deafening, as you exit the underpass you see another 49 coming along side in this custom race, before you both hit the long straight with wheels intertwined………..

That's good to hear. I remember seeing that particular GT2 in pictures back in the 90s, had to be around the same time the first GT game came out, so I was sure the car would appear in a GT game with the Playstation livery it had. Yet here we are so many years later. :lol:
