Hey Shem, the day you write you had a turkey sandwich I'll have a heart attack.

Man, I love me a ham sandwich, and my wife makes them so good. Sometimes they have little bits of chopped up bacon in them, sometimes cheese, sometimes she uses the left over bacon fat instead of butter.

Oh,..................... guess what I've got for lunch this afternoon? HAM SANDWICH!!!!:dopey:

Expect to have a heart attack around the 25th of December. :sly:

A brownie saved from my lunch at Panera Bread. Hopefully this one will be more kind to my stomach than the chipotle chicken sandwich I (foolishly) had the audacity to try in the restaurant .

Local supermarket provided Pringles Original, Prince chocolate biscuits, a bar of Dairy Milk and a bottle of Coke. The ultimate school boy lunch.

Lol and zero nutrition. Gotta love the school systems

I need 3000 calories a day to maintain weight gain of 1.5kg a week.
The school actually provide highly nutritious meals for my colleagues but is doesn't have enough calories for me and my 'aerodynamic' frame.

I eat 3000 calories everyday as well and if you go up a bit you will see I managed to do this with chicken and salad. And yes the quantities of healthy food to do this are tremendous lol

I eat chicken by the bucket load but my metabolism is at the stage where I can't tip 60kg and I should be a lot more for my height and age. I put it down to exercising a lot but realise that muscle should be heavier than fat, not that I have a lot of either.

Idk how tall you are but 60kg at 3000 calories a day is insane. That means you gotta eat closer to 5000 to put on some actual mass. In that case fine continue to eat your classic school boy lunches lol
