Woke up around 10am. Which means that I haven't eaten much tody. Some kefir with honey, seeds, fruit juices. All mixed together.

Had a clementine an hour ago and I"m eating a slice of bread with cheese and apple/pear syrup.

I have been thinking about frying and apple or two in olive oil. Mix these apples with coconut blossom sugar.

Forgot to mention that I also had a

Doesn't this look delicious?

Just had a thought. I'm going to mix some raisin and honey with it.

Apple pie without the pie. Interesting.

Somebody didn't want chorizo-beef patty dinner with whipped potatoes and pasta shells and cheese leftovers. They wanted spaghetti! Fine by me...

A few slices of bread. I'm going to start counting calories again. I have to because I keep gaining weight, although I don't eat that many calories.

As I said before, damn meds! :grumpy:

Just had a midnight snack of buttermilk biscuits with jalapeno cream cheese and summer sausage with ginger snaps for dessert. Talk about gaining weight. It's been freezing cold here and nothing warms you up like a belly full of food.

Yesterday evening, I ate my last piece of the moon cheese. Since I need to lose fat, in other words, weight, I'm not going to eat cheese in a while. The cheese I like contains a lot of fat.

All cheese contains a lot of fat along with calories and salt! Why do you think we all love it so much, my self especially?

I love cheese, especially mixed with tomato sauce and on slices of bread.

I believe it is saturated fat?

I'm the type of person that can only cook spaghetti, ramen noodles, and microwavable things (although being 17 might have something to do with it ) which is why you never see me in this thread, but today I decided to be the chef and changed up my ramen noodles.

I cooked them the same as I always do, just boil 2 blocks of noodles in 4 cups of water for 6 or so minutes.

I then removed all of the water (which if I do this again I will leave a bit in) and put it in a bowl.

I added some Parmesan cheese, the normal chicken seasoning that comes with the noodles, and some fresh ground pepper.

I stirred it up (which was hard with no liquid, the reason I want to leave a bit in it next time) and let it cool.

I took a bite and was in heaven. I honestly didn't expect it to be that good. There are more complicated things you can do with ramen noodles but adding things that didn't already come with it is already beyond what I normally do .

Edit: Another reason I'd like to leave a bit of water in next time is because it is quite dry. It tastes great but it has a weird consistency, if that makes sense.

I haven't been eating much the last two days. Result, I lost weight (only 400 grams) and I'm sooooo hungry right now.

:ouch:

You shouldn't be allowed to post that stuff in here, it's making me hungry.

Just had some bruschetta pizza and chocolate milk.

A few weeks ago, a friend and I made this...

Yes, that is a cake so full of candy that it makes your heart explode.

There is a full layer of candy in between the two cake layers, and a candy lego silo glued together with icing, holding more candy.

Tonight it was a nice grilled mesquite chicken with a mainly lettuce and cilantro salad, bathed in a nice pear vinaigrette. Nachos with salted jalapeño slices was a nice bit of filler. ;)

The way my body works, I can't eat breakfast (I often delay lunch as well), no matter what it is, and not worry about packing away a few; metabolism is a crazy thing.
