Started to eat Kefir again. It's sooooo delicious in combination with all that other stuff I mentioned the previous weeks.

I'm the type of person that can only cook spaghetti, ramen noodles, and microwavable things (although being 17 might have something to do with it :lol:) which is why you never see me in this thread, but today I decided to be the chef and changed up my ramen noodles.

I cooked them the same as I always do, just boil 2 blocks of noodles in 4 cups of water for 6 or so minutes.

I then removed all of the water (which if I do this again I will leave a bit in) and put it in a bowl.

I added some Parmesan cheese, the normal chicken seasoning that comes with the noodles, and some fresh ground pepper.

I stirred it up (which was hard with no liquid, the reason I want to leave a bit in it next time) and let it cool.

I took a bite and was in heaven. I honestly didn't expect it to be that good. There are more complicated things you can do with ramen noodles but adding things that didn't already come with it is already beyond what I normally do :lol:.

Edit: Another reason I'd like to leave a bit of water in next time is because it is quite dry. It tastes great but it has a weird consistency, if that makes sense.
If its the Ramen packages, you can try adding a egg to it when it the soup is about done. You can also add fresh/ frozen veggies like cabbage, peas,carrots. Random fact: My dad would often use the noddles for Filipino Chow mein ( pancit) because we didn't have anything. Though he would use the base for other soups....

Brunch was a ham and swiss cheese sandwich, potato salad, pizza stix and half a banana.

and apparently

* Brunch.

Is there something else I should know, what I don't you and want to know? You know.

You never know.

I had one of the best burgers last night from this burger bar (or so they call it). Bison with onion straws, pickle and little bbq sauce and side of tator tots!

Yesterday I cooked a full Christmas lunch as my son will be away from next week until the new year. Couldn't move until about 6:00pm. :lol:

I just had a clementine, an orange, some cashew nuts and a handful raisins.

Drank water and fruit juice.

This is probably not enough when I go for a jog (run) in one hour.

@Solid Lifters Your birthday is only one month away. Give me your address and I'll send you crackers. :D

I was right. I didn't eat enough to some off road interval training. Oh well. Came home and ransacked the kitchen, I was that hungry. Ate cashew nuts, walnuts and raisin and drank water.

I'm eating home made carrot soup as we, mmmm, write (me) and read (you).

Going to prepare left over vegetables and I'm frying a piece of salmon without skin.

Edit: found two little worms in my lettuce. Yummy, extra protein.

Supper! That's what I couldn't remember. Thanks
And elevenses.

:lol::lol::lol:

I think that I did the whole Hobbit yesterday (under the weather and hungry as hell):

Breakfast - 1/2 quart of plain yogurt with banana, orange slices, powdered ginger and orange blossom water
Second Breakfast - large bowl of cereal
Elevensies - nachos with guacamole
Lunch - burger and fries
Afternoon Tea - ice cream cake, a pear and a cuppa
Dinner - another burger with fries (different restaurant) and a cinnamon roll
Supper - 2 large carrots, wedges of 3 different cheeses, See's chocolates

I never eat like that, and I went to bed feeling hungry. :lol:

lunch was left over bacon wrapped beef medallions from last night.

I just cooked some boneless chicken thighs, once they cool I'll shred them up and make chicken enchiladas verdes for dinner.

Last night I must have had the worst takeaway lamb madras I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Honestly looked like a Tesco value tinned curry: watery brown liquid and tiny cubes of tough indistinguishable meat, probably horse or porcupine or something. Not going there again. :grumpy:
